Damaged order not replaced or refunded
I ordered 1 box of quickstep flooring, upon opening I found all planks damaged in all 4 corners so that the click lock feature was not possible. Asked for a replacement and was told they'd collect damaged and dispatch a replacement, no courier came to collect and that was 3 weeks ago. I've chased multiple times for an update giving them 2 to 3 days between each chase. Terrible service, I'll be doing a charge back claim on card to get my refund, do not use these.

Professional, knowledgeable & helpful
Professional, helpful and engaging staff throughout my experience. Feel I have a great deal, flooring arrived on time, better price than I found else where and we are really happy. Replay don’t understand some of the reviews on here- I think it’s best to not judge a book by its cover- some people want the world, I want quality flooring, friendly helpful, knowledgeable company to work with.
No stock, no response to queries, phone blocked & refund processing using section 75
I hardly had bad experience with online shopping over the years including ones from Far East and China but the dealing with this company is making me think twice and hesitant in future.
I called to check the stocks and was told the delivery will be within 1 week from the order date. There was no any order confirmation mail or receipt. After 7 days when there was no follow up update on the order process or delivery status, I contacted them on phone. Their excuse was shortages of lorry drivers and the LVT is already in somewhere in North London from Scotland. They couldn't find drivers to deliver another 10-15 miles and need to wait 2 more weeks.
I requested for cancellation and full refund. Just one line email reply saying order cancelled and refund will follow. No actual cancellation receipt.
After 2 weeks of waiting and no further update on refund, I tried to call but my number probably was blocked as only going to voicemail. I used different phone and managed to get through but was cut halfway. I sent email and obviously got no response.
Today is exactly 1 month since order were placed. Filled in form under section 75 to claim the money back.
I think I've learned a lesson hard way and always always read reviews before making purchase with unknown companies.
Only amazing about this company is still managing to do business as reading others review, these tactics are used very frequently.
Not going anywhere near to this company and will never ever recommend anyone I know to these cowboys.

No invoice provided for goods had to chase this up.
On fitting, the boards are faulty. Fitter cannot get them to fit together or lie flat.
He suspects that these are B quality.
No response from company when contacted about this.

Very happy with service
Despite other negative reviews, my experience was very different. I called prior to ordering and it was confirmed that the flooring was in stock. A couple of days after ordering I contacted to ask for an expected delivery date and was told that I’d receive an email the following afternoon. I received the email the following morning and received delivery within 1 week of ordering. I felt that I received good customer service and good communication, plus the most competitive price. I would definitely use again

Ordered flooring on 28/06/21 as in stock according to the website. Chased my order 5 times between 01/07/21 & 22/07/2. Website still saying in stock but we’re told it wasn’t even in the country!!
I changed my order 23/07/21 & it was delivered 28/07/21.
Due to the kitchen being measured empty & installation of the flooring being completed once new kitchen fitted, my order was 3 boxes over.
Contacted Amazing Flooring, they don’t except returns!
The company lied that the flooring was in stock and nowhere did I see that they don’t except returns.

Can’t fault this company . I ordered my flooring on Friday and it was delivered on Wednesday as promised. I’ve got to say I had read other reviews and was a bit weary but I’ve had absolutely no issues .The fact that it was also a lot cheaper than anywhere else was another bonus . I would definitely use amazing flooring again .

Great customer services.. I will advise please call them to find out the stock level and then place an order. They told me 3 weeks waiting time and updated with delivery day and got delivered on agreed date.
TBH everything went smoothly and always someone answered my call and gave me an update all the time.

This company is shockingly bad, I waited a month for my delivery to turn up, the. Phoned them and was told I’d have to wait at least another 2 weeks as they were out of stock. I’ve asked for a refund and I’m yet to receive my money back (it’s been 10 days). Avoid at all costs!!!

After reading reviews was a bit apprehensive but ordered palio clic everything went fine good communication they don't keep it in stock which seems to be the main problem with people but few companies can hold vast range of stock those that can obviously have to pass the overhead costs on arrived about 10 days after ordering
