A genuine, sustainable lifestyle shift!

I can’t recommend ALY Coaching enough. I joined because a lot of Alice’s socials talked about a mindset shift, and nearly 6 months on the programme, I can confidently say that is exactly what I got!

Before starting, I was completely stuck, seeing zero results both physically and mentally. I was incredibly nervous at first, worrying this would be just another highly restrictive diet or complete lifestyle overhaul, but I couldn't have been more wrong!

Throughout my time with Holly, I’ve learnt something new every single week; whether it’s questioning how my mind thinks or becoming more aware of why my body is reacting in a certain way.

This has never felt like a grueling "weight loss programme." The tweaks to my nutrition, consistent movement, and workouts were easily slotted into my already busy weeks, and it has never felt difficult to sustain. Everything from food to workouts has become second nature. There are no crazy restrictions, and the entire process has felt completely natural.

Holly’s coaching and guidance are incredibly genuine. She is wonderfully supportive and meets you exactly where you are, and it never feels imposed or forced.

I now feel fully equipped with the tools to maintain this as a permanent lifestyle rather than just a temporary fix, and I can’t thank Holly and the ALY team enough! ☺️

I can't recommend Aly Coaching enough

I can't recommend Aly Coaching enough! I wanted to lose weight, but I also wanted an approach that felt sustainable. Calorie counting had never felt like something I could stick with long term.

With Aly Coaching, I've been able to steadily lose weight, enjoy workouts that fit my lifestyle, and still enjoy the foods I love. Whenever I hit a plateau or struggled to lose weight, Alice always knew exactly how to support and motivate me. We adjusted my meal plan a couple of times and changed my workouts to better suit my lifestyle, which made the whole process feel achievable rather than restrictive.

I'm so happy to say I've now maintained my weight loss for a month, and I genuinely feel like I've gained the knowledge, confidence, and healthy habits to continue my journey on my own. I'm incredibly grateful for Alice's support!

My sound dramatic Alice has changed my life

My sound dramatic however Alice and her coaching has transformed my life, for the better. I had gained so much weight I no longer recognised myself. I’m perimenopausal with a little one plus I’m running x2 business's.
What I love about Alice is that she has taken into account my life and worked out what I can actually realistically do. With her help I am half way there with my weight-loss. I’ve lost over 1.5 stone and have a spring back in my step thanks to her. And to top it off I don’t even feel like I’ve been on a diet. She’s rewired how I think about food. Plus she has miraculously got me working out (something I’ve never done or enjoyed) twice a week with a simple routine I can do my self at home.
I have lots of friends and clients now using Alice and what I find incredible is that we are all on different plans according to our own personal needs, concerns and situations.
If you are in any doubt, please do not hesitate in contacting Alice. I promise her methods work!

Amazing results in just 10 weeks!

I’ve been working on my weight and eating mindset with Alice for about 10 weeks now and I’ve almost lost a stone. My attitude to exercise has completely changed, I’m loving it now and actually look forward to it! My relationship with food is infinitely better and I haven’t had to cut anything out. I’ve still snacked, had takeaways and eaten out, I just now have the tools to plan it into my routine in a way that aligns with my weight-loss goals. I love that Alice is there to give advice when I’m faced with unexpected challenges or a dip in motivation. The thing I like most is the emphasis on the psychology of it all and working on an improved mindset so that I can build it into my life and sustain the weight loss rather than it being a fad diet that doesn’t last. I’m excited to carry on my journey with Alice and see how much more I can achieve!

ALY Coaching - works for me!!

ALY Coaching offers support in the most positive way possible. They really take the time to understand your strengths and, more importantly, the mindset blocks around food and exercise that hold you back. The support I've received has been invaluable. My coach helped me recognise the common pitfalls that always hindered my weight loss journey in the past.
Through ALY, I’ve learned that being honest and accountable is the best way to lose weight and improve my relationship with food. My coach has always made me feel comfortable enough to be open without fear of criticism. Instead, they have challenged my perceptions and helped build my self-awareness. Everything is centered around my life and my goals, making every target feel realistic and attainable. The biggest thing for me was the honesty and through my whole journey with ALY I have been able to be completely honest without any fear of judgement and I think this is one of the main factors that has made emy experience so positive and it so effective for me!

More Than Coaching - A Complete Mindset Shift

Working with ALY over the last 10 months has completely changed the way I look after myself. I feel so much more aware of my habits, triggers and thoughts and finally feel out of the rut I was stuck in.

Jess has helped me to build routines that actually feel realistic and manageable, which has been so important for me as life is busy and stressful. And instead of giving up when things aren’t perfect, I now know how to reset quickly and keep moving forward, which has been game changing for me.

Jess is so supportive, I’ve been able to talk to her on WhatsApp every single day, and anytime I’ve struggled with something or had a problem, she’s talked it through with me, helped me think more clearly about it and given me a helpful solution.

I’m in a much better place now than when I started, and I’d recommend ALY to anyone who wants to improve their habits and relationship with themselves.

I couldn’t be happier than I am with ALY

I couldn’t be happier than I am with the amazing changes and successes that I’ve experienced with ALY. I have tried other things like WW and weight loss has plateaued and it has felt frustrating and stuck. I’ve tried Zoe and drowned in the tracking and rules. ALY is not like either of those - a simple and flexible framework for food, encouragement and support for steps and exercise that fit into your life and are what you want to do, and most of all, the one to one support to achieve all this from coaches who emotionally and psychologically help you be able to make a lasting change. I have lost about 12kg over 6 months - before this I thought I was too old and facing a future of gradual weight gain forever. I always did a good amount of exercise before, but with ALY my actual fitness (pace and distance of runs, what I can do in yoga, etc.) has vastly improved. And I am more confident and comfortable around food, rather than out of control like I felt before. Thank you ALY!

Very helpful, supportive coaching

I have been with ALY coaching for exactly 6 months and I’ve never felt better! I am 10kg down and have more energy than ever. I have been a life long yo yo dieter and doing this programme has made me see exactly why I kept falling into the same traps. I find the daily support really helpful and I love that I get lots of feedback on my technique in the gym. I have been on 2 holidays abroad whilst on this programme and genuinely felt that I took a different approach to these holidays than I would have in the past. There’s more work for me to do which is why I have signed up for another 6 months and I’m really looking forward to seeing what I’m capable of doing and continuing to work on shifting my negative thoughts.

Life-changing coaching that actually fits my lifestyle

I’ve been working with Alice from Aly Coaching for the past 6 months and it’s honestly been life-changing. I’ve tried various diets and strict calorie counting in the past and it never made me feel happy or sustainable in the long run.

Being part of Aly Coaching has allowed me to live my busy lifestyle while managing my food and exercise without feeling restricted. The support and communication from Alice have been amazing - she’s always on hand to answer any questions and keep me motivated.

Not only have I lost weight, but my confidence has grown so much. I feel happier, healthier and more in control of my life than I have in years.

I was the biggest sceptic!

I was the biggest sceptic and truly didn’t believe I could lose weight without counting calories but how wrong I was!

ALY coaching is a truly personalised, supportive and realistic approach not just to weight loss but a lifestyle change. You’re never made to feel bad or guilty if you have a day or days off plan and always supported in getting back on track.

I’ve lost more weight, faster than when I was counting every calorie and excessively working out and all without giving up meals out and my daily sweet treat. More than this I’ve stuck to a workout routine for almost 6 months and managed holidays, work trips and Christmas whilst healing my relationship with food.

Breaking the cycle

ALY was recommended to me based on her specialisms working with women who have been impacted by diet culture. I had a background of disordered eating and ALY went through it all with me in detail before writing a personalised program. My program had no calorie counting, no food weighing and no compulsory weigh ins. Instead the program was about writing a structure that fitted with my lifestyle and took away negative language around food. As a result of the work I’ve done with ALY, I am now able to weigh in weekly and most importantly without it impacting on my emotions.

I had to go slowly due to a chronic health issue (flare ups limit mobility) but over a year I’ve lost close to 15kg. More than that, I am the strongest and most flexible I’ve been. BUT it is the shift in mindset that has been life changing, I no longer take out negative emotions on my body - exercise isn’t a punishment, there are no good or bad foods to trigger guilt spirals.

Best decision I ever made

I joined Alice in July 2025 and would recommend her coaching to anyone interested in improving their health and fitness.
My whole mentality around food has completely shifted and Alice has been very supportive and understanding that life isn’t always a straight line, curve balls and events happen and it’s learning how to navigate these confidently.

I was eating the right things, but needed portion control. I was working out, but needed strategy behind it. But most importantly, I needed the 1:1 support and flexibility that comes from working with aly coaching, it is SO nice to be able to have someone at my fingertips to talk me through unexpected moments, what changes i’m seeing, etc,

working with alice has been such a joy and I feel completely supported, nourished and strong as a busy mom of two toddlers. 10/10 recommend!

A fitness coaching service that's person centred, flexible and mindset driven!

I have been working with ALY Coaching for over two years which is the longest I have worked on any fitness coaching programme. Before the coaching I didn't have the confidence or motivation to go to the gym/do much exercise and struggled to know how to manage my nutrition. Alice and her coach Jess changed all this and helped me to build sustainable and realistic habits that fit in my day to day life including going to the gym or to an exercise class at least twice a week.

They are also so accommodating to life changes and personal circumstances and continously work to find approaches that best suit me which is one of the many ways that makes ALY Coaching so person centred.

When it comes to nutrition and meal plans they are so flexible and not at all restrictive - for example my favourite snacks are included in my food plans so I am not cutting out any of my favourite foods 😍

One of the biggest things I love about ALY Coaching compared to other programmes is that it's psychology driven through the use of mindset techniques. These techniques have helped me on many occasions be more mindful and balanced but also compassionate to myself and what my body does for me.

On top of all this Alice and Jess are so caring and responsive, answering my many questions or offering different ideas/solutions to any challenges I come across. They both also celebrate my wins so thoughtfully and sincerely making the whole coaching journey so so meaningful!

Thank you both so much for all you have done for me and will continue to do - I couldn't have got this far without you both!! ❤️☺️

Life changing!

I have never used a service like this before and so was naturally cautious, however I needn't have worried at all. ALY Coaching with Alice and Jess is a fantastic personal training system. It is fully personalised with day to day accountability.
Nutrition, mindset, self care and obviously exercise is all covered in a personal plan which is discussed to ensure it fits your life.
The use of zoom calls, in person get togethers, fun socials, optional photo shoots, personalised gifts and day to day texts makes this a really good, incentivised but personally unique programme. The team whatapp is also a good way to speak with like minded people and keep motivation.
Not only have I lost over a stone I was also surprised at how much, at 45 years old, I have learnt about myself, my cooking, my mindset as well as strength training and exercise.
The exercise regimes change over time as you progress and again this is all discussed with your coach. Trying new exercises and adapting when life gets in the way is also good. There was no calorie counting either which is something I didn't want to deal with as a busy person! The programme fits around life so well as it is agreed together with your coach, then they keep you on track.
This has without a shadow of a doubt, been life changing for me and I'd highly recommend it to anyone wishing to lose weight, or feel better about themselves.

Life changing

Life changing! I’ve tried various ways to lose weight / improve my fitness in the past, all of which have never worked because they don’t fit my lifestyle. But ALY coaching has done the complete opposite, this plan fits into my lifestyle and my every day day to day. I don’t have to calorie count, I can still have the things I love the most & the workouts are exactly what I need.
I’ve been with ALY for 8 months, and the difference is amazing, I am continuing to work with Alice, but I know that once I ‘go it alone’ the mindset I’ve built from ALY coaching will stay with me for life.

I feel supported by Alice

I’m still very much on this whole “figuring-my-life-out” journey, but working with Alice has honestly been such a game changer. After recovering from cancer, my routines and habits were all over the place. I knew I needed support, but the NHS just didn’t really offer anything for that in-between stage where you’re “better”… but also not quite back to yourself. That’s when I came across Alice.
What I love is how personal everything feels. The weekly check-ins actually feel like support, not just a box-ticking exercise. I get real adjustments based on how my week went, how I’m feeling, and what’s going on in my life.
I’ve learned so much about my own behaviours (some of which I didn’t even realise I had!), and the monthly sessions with the performance psychologist are genuinely eye-opening. It all makes you feel like someone’s actually in your corner, cheering you on while also giving you a gentle nudge when you need it.
I didn’t join for a quick fix I wanted long-term change, someone to turn to when things get messy, and a bit of a community around me.

And that’s exactly what I’ve found. Still on the journey, still learning, but definitely moving forward.

Actual progress

Working with Alice and her team has helped me a lot! Being able to have someone available just for you, who understands there are social activities, work activities, lack of time to go to the gym, ... and is able to help you manage all that without being overwhelmed AND helps you progress, is just amazing. Theory is great, but Alice helps you put it into practice. I would have never obtained my current results without her, and I've not even thought about giving up (which I probably would have done months ago with a different program)

Two Stone Down - But the Mindset Shift Matters More

Before I found Alice on Instagram, I was completely stuck. I’d hit my 40s, the middle-aged spread had crept in, and I honestly thought I’d just have to accept it. I’d tried the restrictive diets before - no carbs, no crisps, no fun - and of course, they never lasted.

Through the guidance and support of Alice and Jess, I’ve now lost two stone (!!), something I never thought was possible for me. But even more importantly, my mindset around food has completely changed.

I can enjoy my favourite foods (yes, even crisps!) without it turning into a feeding frenzy. I can go out for dinner once or twice a week and still make progress. I no longer feel guilty after eating something “bad”, because I’ve learned there’s no such thing. I’ve learned how to enjoy my holidays without derailing my progress.

Jess encouraged me to build in daily movement - nothing extreme, just small, consistent habits. I’ve never felt better, physically or mentally.

The biggest difference is how calm and in control I feel around food. I trust myself now. That’s something I never had before.

If you’re stuck where I was, feeling frustrated and fed up, I honestly can’t recommend Alice and Jess enough. Their support, accountability and mindset work have completely changed how I think, eat and feel.

Weight loss technique that works!

Having struggled to push myself beyond a certain point with weight loss, I’m so pleased I found Alice and her team at a time of need. Years of binge eating, being cruel to myself (eg hating my body image). Alice is helping me one step at a time to work through all of this, to learn the difference between a want and a need!
