Avoid like the plague
1. It took them a year to rebuild our thousand-foot square home after a fire. A whole year. Sometimes 2 or 3 weeks would go by before anybody would work on the house.
2. After about 8 or 9 years we began to notice that the foundation was moving, and that the flooring was moving away from the walls, that's when *I went to the county to see who had inspected the foundation. It turns out they did not have the foundation inspected, they didn't even pull permits.*
3. They rushed us back into the home after exactly a year, because the insurance company was not going to pay for us to stay in hotel rooms or temporary housing longer than a year. The outside of the house wasn't caulked, there's trim missing in some places, etc.
4. Certificate of Completion (or Certificate of Substantial Completion) was never produced or signed.
5. I have made contact with the company and tried to solve this issue with the floor. They have refused to make good.
Avoid these people like the plague. Even if the insurance company recommends them. They will off take any job thrown at them which results in them spreading themselves so then they are unable to finish the work in a timely manner. Everything is rushed, steps are skipped for speed and convenience.
Caveat Emptor
