No customer support...

I have sent an email over one week ago regarding a 120e voucher from the last campaign on December and no reply, as always. This happens everytime, the customer support does not exist. Maybe it is time to change supplier

Endless battle about overcharging

Judging by other reviews, it seems that overcharging clients with bogus readings is their modus operandi. I have had a contract with them since May on an empty house, zero usage. They charged me hundreds of euros, I've been in a battle with them since July (first bill), it's now last day of November and my bills are STILL not corrected. In other words, they've been overcharging me for 6 months. After countless interactions with zero results I lost my patience and cancelled my direct debit because I will not let them steal any more from me. Surprise surprise, as soon as payment bounced their systems immediately kick in with even more baseless charges. I'm now seriously considering taking them to court. Avoid like a plague, they are beyond horrible.
