I needed an alternative quote for my home and Trevor was super happy to comply. He sent the quote in a timely manner, with better pricing and coverage. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up renewing my insurance with Alteri and received the policy documents promptly.

Trevor has been nothing short of amazing with advice for my insurance for both business and home. It has definitely made everything so much easier to deal with and provided me with enough information to make an informed decision while making this move. Thank you!

I recently got my home insurance with Alteri Insurance. Sunny made the process easy - he helped me determine what I actually needed and what certain technical terms and phrases meant. He was friendly and really excited about insurance. Overall, he gave me some fantastic advice. Definitely gonna renew with them next year!

My insurance lapsed from Wawanesa and no one from Alteri contacted me or give me notice. Appertenly they are not allowed to deal with Wawanesa anymore for mismanagement. I was left without coverage for over month, only noticed when the money wasn't taken from my account. Their google review is hidden as well so people cannot tell their stories. This is borderline fraud and at a minimum total negligence.

I moved from my property in March 2023 and asked for my insurance to be cancelled however it seems the automatic payment was not cancelled and I have been trying to get my refund for 1 month now. There was an additional withdrawal this week. BE AWARE - they make it really easy to sign you up and seem to not be able to stop withdrawals from your account two months later... Amanda has not responded to my two follow ups on the refund since April 24th.

On 11/27/2022 my bike was stolen inside the bike storage of the building where I live, it was unbelievable. In the midst of so many mixed bad feelings such as impotence, and sadness, I was lucky to have my bicycle insured by Apolo Seguros, and I was very well attended by Luiz Ricardo Dittert after 19 days I received the insurance that allowed me to purchase another bike because my bike, in addition, my bike is means of transport and it is my favourite hobby in this beautiful Vancouver. Thank you Luiz for your excellent attention, and the efficiency of the service. I'm so grateful to you.
