Awful service, worse communication

Poor service, Their crew arrived hours late, with no communication from them to inform us they would be late, and when they did arrive they took about an hour and a half to set up the prop they had affirmed would take 20 minutes.Additionally, they failed to provide the photo printer we had request for the photo op, when we contacted them for a refund/discount for their failure to provide the service we requested they offered us only 25% off and have since been radio silent
