I had booked a cruise that I was not able to go. I was going to loose both flights and cruise money, but Gwen worked tirelessly and I was refunded my flight money. I cannot praise Alphapack Travel highly enough. From the point of discussion to confirming a multi country trip in Africa covering Namibia, Zimbabwe and Kruger in SA including car hire and hotels, Zoro was incredible.
