Excellent professional service, After being let down by another company we contacted Alpha Heating a local family business who understood our difficult situation of no heating or hot water Gemma at alpha instructed Pete the sales manager to survey the job promptly and after advising the most suitable boiler we were booked in for the soonest installation of that same week and cannot thank them enough the boiler was fitted by their very courteous engineer who was polite and friendly and professional he treated our home with respect and didn't make a mess and was very thorough in his work and a credit to his team at Alpha Heating.
