things are still screwy
things are still screwy they sent me another sweater after the incident with trying to return the first order (for an X-L ) instead of a Large...and the returned sweater got lost in Customs....which I got all the blame for..
The second sweater sent to me was STILL THE SAME SIZE (LARGE) so I sent a photo of the sweater with the size marked Large.. Then, they sent me a third sweater...with NO size marked on it..but it appears to be X-Large... Clearly, this business is full of chaos although they were trying to make good out of bad...

As we said in your last review we tried to help you in many occasions you decided to ignore our instructions and returned the package to Bolivia without authorization, if you had filled our RMA form, as we asked several times, you would have received an address in the US to return your package, after the package was lost and we have never been able to track it.
We shipped a new sweater in the correct size a few weeks ago even though you ignored the instructions to return a package.

They are of high quality, though I was a bit surprised some were blends and not 100% Alpaca, or seemed machine made. In all though, high quality, nice colors and details. Seemingly no customer service
It's been 2 weeks waiting when they said 5-7 days I keep messaging them to get an idea of where it is but I am being ignored, zero customer service I wonder if the contact us button even works. So still waiting but doubtful it will turn up.
Edit - Got a response said package was lost but now being ingnored again when i asked for a refund not sure whats going on with this company seems a bit of a shambles.
- Its now the 4th of august i payed on the 9th july they said they would refund me 6 days ago but nothing has come through.
Got a refund on 5th August after complaining to PayPal. Worst company i have ever dealt with.

My first sweater was great ... not the second one
My first sweater was great. Soft and warm. My second sweater was not. I'm not even convinced that it's really alpaca. Feels like some kind of rougher synthetic weave. I won't be buying from this company again because you have essentially no recourse if you're not satisfied with the product.

I placed my order thru PayPal
I placed my order thru PayPal, once I hit the pay button I noticed 2 items I had purchased were marked higher (DBL) the sale price and I immediately cancelled my order. The next day I receive an email stating my order has been received and is being processed, I looked up my account and it clearly stated cancelled then 2 hours after it turned into the processing step. I emailed the company and they stated no returns. I notified PayPal who put a stop on payment, Though to return items would cost me more then items were worth so I continued with order and will NOT order from this company again. They are not obligated to follow the rules of the US. Beware!!!!
