It is very easy to sign up!

This is a terrible site. I have sent 5 e mails & had 2 virtual chats in an attempt to deactivate the free trial. All with identical replies, welcoming me but no reference to my cancellation request even after very direct wording, Avoid

I did not sign up for this service and never used it. I had no idea of its existence until they tried to charge my card for a $24.99 subscription. Scam company.

It was easy to sign up to access audio books.

Easy set up with 30 days free trial.
Looking forward to choosing many favourite book titles within this time scale.
Would fully recommend this offer.

Very poor customer service.
I didn’t even have an account with them, never downloaded a book.
No notification of payment due, twice they took Unauthotised payment and refused to refund.
This is fraudulent!!!!
Do not deal with this company, it’s basically a scam.

bank was unable to obtain my money, labled this company as fraudulent. i dont care what reviews are out there if positive, luck should just so have it-these people stole unauthorised funds from my account!

I would give this outfit zero if I could. Absolute rubbish. No means of navigating to a search facility, a "recommended" list based on zero information about the reader. Tried several times to access help by email and received one useless response, then nothing.

I strongly encourage users to proceed with caution. I signed up for a free trial because their website advertised a specific book I was interested in, which they don't even have. Upon realizing this, I immediately reached out to customer service and said I wanted to cancel my membership, because there's no way to just do this on your own. They sent me a link, which I followed, but apparently didn't make it through all of their many poorly labeled steps to actually cancel. When I was charged a month later and reached out to say I had tried to cancel, as evidenced by message the previous month, I was essentially told, "our website is so great, you shouldn't cancel, totally your fault for not jumping through our ridiculous loopholes to cancel your membership, we don't offer refunds."

Superb sign up!!! Free trial with downloads to keep is such an ace!!!! Highly recommended across all platforms that offer a free trial. super worth it!!!!!

Not even had a chance as yet to see what's on regarding what reading materials because I've sent in two reviews and nothing else

SCAM ALERT!!! I cannot understand how this audiobook site has received so many positive reviews, it's nothing but a SCAM with the most appalling books none of which are popular, most of the books are already free on Google free anyway and it's really expensive and they don't have an app. I have requested a full refund as I know I've been scammed but they refused to be totally avoided

Awful, don’t go near this company. I cancelled my account and they continued to charge me for the following three months. They are refusing to refund and just respond with jargon in their correspondence. AVOID!!
