Ashley Spawn Had a Signed Contract and Did Not Perform

I contacted All Seated Vision to purchase the new program for 4000. I was sent a contract by Ashley Spawn and she signed it. In addition it was all confirmed by email. She told me in writing everything had been agreed upon in writing. She called me 3 days later and told me it would cost another 500. I asked to contact her supervisor and she never forwarded her contact info. They lost a good customer who wanted their product and failed to honor a signed contract
