Made a big order from here, clothes arrived with shein labels on them so straight away thought it was a drop shipper. Got in touch with customer service who were incredibly rude and when I asked for a return and told me I would be 'taking money from a small business' and asked 'was I happy to do that' 😅. Eventually arranged a return from UK to Australia, cost about £30. Parcel arrived in aus and was signed for at some random residential address which I was told to send to. All pretty girls then claimed it never arrived. Checked the signature name and the name of All pretty girls owner and they matched on ASIC (Australia's companion house). Avoid for your sanity, I was livid 🤣

I've ordered a dress, this is not my first order (last time I was happy with everything). The shipping cost was quite expensive c. €13, when it arrived to Ireland I've got customs fees, which was also unreasonable. I've contacted customer service and they just pointed me to their T&Cs saying they're not responsible. As I didn't want to pay additional customs on top of shipping fees, I wanted to get a refund for my order as it would be sent back to AllPrettyGirls. Customer service refused that, outlining again that they are not refunding if the product is not delivered to me. I decided to pay the customs and get my order. The dress I ordered is terrible, its sawn so badly I cannot wear that in public. Now, to send it back I'd need to pay again and as per their policy they would only give me store credit, which I don't want as I will NEVER buy from this shop again.

I've been waiting for my order for a very long time. I'm from Switzerland. The order finally arrived after a month of waiting. I was in shock. The terrible quality and appearance of the product does not correspond to the photo at all . I can't believe for $100 to get a piece of ****.Why, after so many complaints, does their website still exist? People , why the order takes a long time , Because they order from China to you And things are defective . That is , these freaks buy from China for a dollar and sell to us for $ 100 . Scammers. Oh yes , one detail was missing 😂

The product I received is completely different from the picture. Even when I showed them the difference between the clothes I received and the pictures they posted, they deceived me saying they were the same product. I really want to ask everyone if this is the same clothes by posting a picture.

The company sent me a soiled belt with a dress and would only refund part of the postage back? But it's their fault they sent out dirty items.
Complete lack of customer service.
They'll also not refund me but give me a credit, as if I would want to deal with them. Item was also very poor quality which is no surprise given how they treat their customers.

I live in Australia and purchased a dress assuming that i was supporting an Australian business, it took 12 days to receive tracking information only for it to sit in a postal outlet in china for three weeks and counting, if i could give it zero stars i would

The worst online shopping I experienced with. Thought they are based in Australia but the goods are actually shipped from China which takes forever to come.it doesn't even deserve 1 star is that can be a option.

I would not recommend buying from this site, especially if you live outside Australia! Poor quality, fabric is cheap and does not feel good on the skin. Also if you live in the EU, prepare to pay separate customs duty (roundabout 13€). And if you want to send something back you’ll have to pay for it.
Customer Service is quite good and helpful though.

I get my clothes in about one month - as I expected.
I was anxious after read these reviews, but it was a nice surprise after that, I get all of the 3 clothes, and they are like in the picture! Two of them are really quality material, one is ok. I love them, the S sizes is also good for me (51kg, 166cm).

i wish i could give this absolute crapbag of a website negative 5. not only are they just selling the same s*** from ali express at an escalated price they dont deliver the products. i still havent got my order after two months. they are SHADY as! completely unhelpful customer service that dont know how to do their job!

Bought three dresses and one two piece set. two of the three dresses were nice- although the quality was not great they still looked nice. the other dress literally felt like plastic, sized up and still was too small, really horrible. The two piece set was literally the WORST thing I've ever put on in my entire life. Completely, and I mean completely, see through. Made of super thin material and soooo unflattering. The top was not like the picture at all. Complete waste of money!
I left a 5 star review on one of the dresses because it was actually quite nice, and a bad review of the two piece and the bad dress. Guess what? they only published the good review! They never published the bad ones, didn't even email me to ask about it, just pretended it never existed. You can tell they do this all the time because there are no bad reviews (and no doubt as a result, very few reviews at all). Don't shop here.

I ordered a cardigan on 15th Sept. Didn't get shipping info until 2nd Oct. Stuck in transit (somewhere in Guangzhou) since. Emailed them 3 times asking for a refund, they keep telling me to expect "delays". I paid standard shipping prices for this. It's been six weeks. Won't be surprised if it doesn't arrive. Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing.

I ordered a dress sept. 14th for a wedding that was in early October. Never arrived. Emailed them asking for a refund and they said they can’t until the package arrives and I can then return it. I’ve tracked it a hundred times and it says it’s stuck in China somewhere. Such bull crap. I don’t want the dress if it ever shows up I just want my money back. Don’t order from them.

I have literally found everything from this website with the exact same product images on AliExpress for much cheaper prices. All the items are mass produced and multiple different shops sell the exact same products on AliExpress. There is a reason why they make excuses about the shipping taking so long, their return policy is terrible, and they have no information about how their garments are manufactured! It's because they're all from AliExpress. If you really love an item, do yourself a favour and reverse image search it.

Don't waste your time or money. Theres a reason this store makes its return policy very limited. The clothing is very cheaply made and the sizing is absolutely rubbish.

This “boutique” is a drop-shipping company peddling junk from Aliexpress for far too much money. Terrible, cheaply made clothes. Run as far as you can.

My daughter loves this place. So far we have not had any issues with orders or delivery times.. out of 7 orders all have been here before the given estimated shipping time.

The delivery was on time and the service has been over the top all the way. Super happy. Thanks.
