Tricked
*This review is for MyAlloy, not the AI company to which the link above takes you.
I signed up with MyAlloy in 2024 in order to be prescribed HRT. After the first 3 month purchase, I chose to go a different route with a doctor to whom I could actually speak, not just text, since HRT related issues are complex. I stopped the prescription for HRT after the first purchase in 2024. Soon after this, I chose to start a subscription for MyAlloy's M4 Face Cream (prescription). It's topical skincare, and I wasn't concerned about communication regarding this via text. A few days ago, I received an urgent email stating my prescription had been paused and that I had to reactivate it in order to get further refills. Since the only thing I order from them is the M4 Cream, I couldn't imagine this email pertained to any other product. So, I continued with the renewal process. At no time was I informed that the prescription renewal was for the HRT that I had not purchased from them in 2 years. How could that have just been paused anyway? Minutes after I completed the renewal, I received an email stating that I was billed for 293 dollars for the HRT meds. I did not receive an invoice prior to purchase as I do when I order the M4 Cream. I wrote them immediately upon opening the email (within a couple hours of it being sent) and asked for this charge to be canceled. They did not respond. I wrote again. No response. I texted. No response. I'm certain they are ignoring my request. They were very quick to respond to me just prior to my prescription renewal. As a matter of fact, the representative stated she would keep an eye on my account and if I liked would let me know when the prescription renewed. After they obtained the money, it seems that attention to service disappeared. This is an outrageous way to conduct business.
Won't honor returns
Their customer service is rude and not helpful. And I saw bad reviews after I had a bad experience. And now I know exactly why their reviews are bad. I returned 2 items in one package with the return labels provided. I got accused of not providing one pair of the pants and got told I was supposed to mail them separately and incur separate postage charges. This doesn't make sense and is absolutely horrible customer service. I had place three orders with them. And this is how they treated me no more.I will make sure that their bad customer service is well known. And I will not order from them ever ever ever again. Buyer beware
Overpriced meds and then they ship it the slowest version of USPS to cut corners and save money on shipping
I also would give zero stars if I could. It took 7+ days to "talk" with a doctor because she only replied every 24+ hours and was not at all helpful, so I kept asking questions, which took forever. They finally said my prescription shipped, and after charging hundreds of dollars for something I could buy locally for much less, they sent my order by USPS. Really, all that expense and they did not send it 2nd day FedEx. Nope. 9+ days later, my package is set to arrive. I promptly cancelled my plan, and if I ever get my prescription, I will use it and make an appointment with someone locally to get the prescriptions I need.
I wish I could give them zero stars
I wish I could give them zero stars. There is nothing good about this company it is a scam and they are liars. The clothes are cheap and they fit horribly. Do not use their return label pay for your own or your package will mysteriously get lost. I have been trying to get my money back for a month now. First they said they had the package, then they tell me they don’t. I hope they close this piece of crap business down. People work hard for their money and you guys steal it. I will keep to the bigger chains where this has never happened to me. Alloy has is a horrible on line fake store. Be warned, I wish I would have looked up the reviews like I usually do before ordering. Lesson learned.

Customer service is horrible. If you need to return anything it's takes forever to get your refund. They tell you 10-14 business days from when they recieve it. And they take the entire 14 days and then some. Will not buy anything from there again!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would. Their clothes are so cheap and their customer service is SO SO bad. No where on their site for through their Facebook page can you leave a review, but their OWN link which you find on a internet search has nothing but positive reviews. I’m sure their wrote by employees. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Not what they used to be.
This site used to be my go to!! I loved it! Their quality was great, affordable, and length was perfect for tall women! They sold 39” inseam which I LOVED!
The site now is terrible. Quality is crap, they only go to a 37” inseam and are never in stock! I wish they never sold out or changed things.
This company advertised king crab and there’s no delivery
This company advertised king crab for sale with a 20 day guarantee delivery. It’s now been 60 days plus and they aren’t responding to my email query now.
I’m glad I paid through PayPal.
I was a loyal Alloy shopper for 20…
I was a loyal Alloy shopper for 20 years... They have completely eliminated plus sizes (except for a few options in a size 18). I wear a 24 and inseam 38"... Good luck to me ever finding pants long enough anywhere again.
If i could leave no stars I would
If i could leave no stars I would. 15 years ago this might have been an ok clothing site for tall women. Now their clothes are Sub-Par Dollar store quality... Unheemed pants made with horrid cloth just awful quality. Returns are a nightmare, they charge a $10.00 fee to just print the label in addition to shipping charge. Total scam...AVOID this clothing site. Go to Buckle Store or if your tall just buy some boots and tuck it in!!! AVOID this site....PLEASE!

I am still waiting on an order that I placed months ago and paid for. Would like to receive my merchandise. Because I can6 afford to just give away a $100.00
Can anyone please tell me how to contact this company and get a response, please ????
Bring back the selection and dump this new revamp.. it’s horrible.
Just wanted to say that the Hirsch Acquisition LLC that bought Alloy has completely destroyed the brand. The original store had a huge selection and was reasonably priced. The store catered to young adults and teenagers and now if you can find a shirt that’s appealing is a miracle. So from 2005 until 2013 really awesome store. If the company is interested in what it’s consumers has to say, revamp your merketing and apparel buying team or you will soon be out of business. There’s nothing appealing or interesting about your online business.
I just want to know what happened
I just want to know what happened to the old more fashion forward alloy apparel!!!? The entire site is the same look over and over again! The quality has gone down hill it’s ridiculous!!! Where are tall women supposed to shop online now?! Any suggestions?!
Can I go negative 👎 5 stars ?
Can I go negative 👎 5 stars ?? Worst return process !! I’ve called several times to check on returns on two different orders and they keep giving the story about 2 weeks and then some after it arrives and by golly you better have some tracking number for everything or else you’ll get some other BS story ... they were good many years ago but now is a scam or they have 3 people in return department.
Alloy just isn't what it used to be...
Recently purchased the tall Blair Pearl jeans. They appear as how they look online, but the quality is subpar in comparison to what Alloy has brought to the table in the past. I realize they sell different brands, but their product sizes are all over the board. I'm 6'2" & I fluctuate between 165 to 173 pounds. Which in comparison to my height, is not a whole lot. I bought these in a size 9, which I consider my comfort zone when purchasing from Alloy. I'm always VERY leery on their sizes. It's super frustrating to me that I wear anywhere between a size 7 & 11. And it's not just from brand to brand... I could purchase the exact same brand in 2 different styles at exactly the same size & one will fit like a glove & the other I can't even pull up past my hips. In this particular case, they are way too big! I bought them on sale for $30, so there is ZERO return policy. Again, so exhausting since their sizes are all over the place. Since I knew I couldn't return them, I washed them as instructed, by themselves due to color run & inside out due to the "punched in" decorative pearls. I soaked them in warm water hoping they would shrink, but still washed them in cool water. I let them hang to about 75% dryness & then threw them in the dryer on medium heat for 20 minutes. The next morning, I put them on for work & they were STILL entirely too large. So, I said screw it, put on a belt & went to work. By the end of the day, I might as well have been wearing joggers. And to top it off, my grey upholstered office chair, is now stained blue on the seat from color transfer even after washing. When I noticed my chair was stained, I took a dry white terry-cloth towel & rubbed it over the backside of my jeans. After 5 minutes... just trying to rub a dry towel on dry denim, the entire towel was completely blue. As a side note, with this purchase, I bought a pair of black high waisted skinny jeans in a size 10, so 1 size larger than the Blair Pearl jeans... And they are so uncomfortably tight, that I won't be able to wear them again either. So in total, 2 pairs of jeans at $30 a piece (and that's clearance price), can't wear either pair again, ruined my office chair with dye transfer AFTER washing & I can't return either of them since there are no returns on sale items. Yeah... It feels super great. Alloy just isn't what it used to be. I've been shopping with them for over 12 years. I used to LOVE THEM! I would constantly tell other tall women, "Check out Alloy! Really good jeans, a huge selection & FINALLY... a company who can dress tall females!!! Quit spending a fortune at the Buckle!!!" I can't say this anymore... whereas, if I saw a tall girl, I would literally go out of my way to tell them about Alloy so they could have a resource for 37" inseam denim. Or at the very least, have a good starting point & experience. These days, I approach other tall gals to ask them where they go to shop. In the last 4 years, none of them have said Alloy. NONE! It's super sad & honestly disappointing. For years, I continuously felt grateful to have a supportive supplier that didn't fault me for being tall by raking me over the coals on price for something that I literally cannot help. You can change your hair, lose weight, make your butt bigger or your chest smaller... Hell, even change your eye color from brown to purple if you want... but you can't change your height. I thought Alloy was a thru & thru supporter of this... But I was wrong. And I'm just one of plenty of tall, strong & beautiful women. It's a shame.
FIVE FRICKEN STARS FROM ME
Okay so i NEVER leave reviews for any one. however i have to share my experience because i feel like this company got a bad wrap. Now I'm a tall chick. 5'10"... Im also a business woman so dress pants are a must, well when i wear heels i can make any decently long pair of slacks into capris lol... I googled sites for tall girls and came across alloy, now i hate HATE HATE shopping online so i looked at all the reviews for this site and i read some horrible stuff... one day i said you know what? its my only option... Ive got nothing to lose... plus the order was only 27 and change or so.. i said screw it... now the order did take longer than expected to come in.. however it was the holidays so i let it slide. THESE PANTS ARE HEAVEN SENT. They so long i can wear heels with them and THEY STILL DRAG!!! A TALL GIRLS DREAM!!!! however i must say the fabric is a little cheap but you get what you pay for. A BIG FIVE STARS FOR YOU ALLOY and please don't let these negative reviews stop your business because i am now your number one customer.
Fight this scam by contacting PA & NY state Attorney Generals – It works!
My experience with Alloy leads me to believe they are a scam. Their clothes are not sized properly, which means they must be returned, after which Alloy claims the return was not received on time--regardless of how promptly the package was mailed--which allows them to refuse a refund & issue a store credit instead. In addition, this allows them to charge restocking fees, which they charged even on an item they never shipped, & which they also refused to refund. I tried to use the remaining balance/store credit many times, but the # they gave me never worked. Each time it failed, I asked for a refund which was refused. I was actually told the store credit had no monetary value, so a refund was not possible. It wasn't until I got the Attorney General's office of both Pennsylvania & New York involved that the money they so willing took from me actually had monetary value again, & it was suddenly possible for Alloy to issue me a refund check. Coincidence? I think not. Do yourself a favor & stop wasting your time calling Alloy until after you know the attorney generals of PA & NY have contacted them (they will send you written notification). You will be surprised with how cooperative Alloy suddenly becomes!
I used to order from them frequently
I used to order from them frequently. It's where I got all my tall jeans. I don't know what happened to this business but I'm done with them.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, paid a fortune for shipping and received very poor quality product. I returned them via USPS with tracking. They received the package October 16th. I JUST GOT MY REFUND DECEMBER 10TH.
Prior to that date, they kept telling me they did not receive them even though tracking showed otherwise. So, I paid too much for shipping, paid postage to return them, and was charged a restocking fee.
Never again, Alloy. You've seen the last of me.
