I ordered a 1.0 mm golden click ring. It looked thicker right out of the package, but support said the only way to be sure was to measure with a caliper and told me their stock showed no size deviations. They also warned I might pay double shipping if I sent it back and it turned out to be 1.0 mm. I didn’t want to lose money, so I bought a caliper, measured the ring at 1.20 mm, and sent photos. The next day they accepted the return, but also said the item was not in stock anymore, which is odd given they said they had checked inventory the day before. The mismatch and conflicting messages made the process frustrating. Customer support should not put this burden on the customer, and at the very least an apology would have been appropriate.

Their response is a joke, the star rating will not be changed despite receiving the refund.

You should not have to make a scene to get your rights fulfilled.

Every time perfect piercings and super quick delivery. The piercings look exactly like advertised! I know the pain too well of just losing one piercing and anxiously hoping that there is enough time to get a replacement before you have to crawl back to the piercer to get your helix reshot.
