Pay for 24 hour delivery, get your item 5 days later.

I ordered my part at 10am on thursday, well before the 4pm cut off. Friday, no part came. Saturday, no part came. Monday, no part came. I finally call them and it comes tuesday and doesnt even work.

As I needed the card for a Christmas present I needed the replacement sent immediately and they made me buy another card. I called twice to confirm it would be sent that day. The next day? no card. I called them and even after I confirmed with them twice on the phone they didn't even send it.

The only positive thing, is that after I confirmed with them 3 times they refunded the original money for the first card as soon as they got the faulty card back from me.
