Very happy with the support.

Amazing website, hosts giveaways for their community and are overall very active. Great overview of competitor prices and transparency.

Won a giveaway through Allkeyshop and honestly didn’t expect it, but they delivered fast and without any issues. Super easy to use the site too — comparing prices is straightforward and you always end up finding a cheaper option than anywhere else. Solid experience overall.

Bit of a Mix of Emotions Here

I have used Allkeyshop for a while now

Bought 6-7 Keys in total so far.

6 Out of 7 Worked.
1 was a Scam, by the Company Game Boost.

I selected Global Region, USA. Was provided a CD Key for the Game Outer Worlds.

I used it. Immediately got an error message, this key is not for this region. Odd. Tried again, same issue.

Not 1 Minute passed, I contacted Support of GameBoost which is a company constantly advertised on Allkeyshop.

My Ticket was closed, told me to provide a video, I did, but it was ignored for 2+weeks.

Made another ticket, immediately closed they're on holidays.

Made another ticket. again showing the video of me entering the CD Key and it being rejected, got told, this is nothing, come back when you have real proof. Ticket Closed and ignored, refunds denied.

Now I have tried other companys from Gamivo to Kinguin & Yuplay and each of their products their CD Keys have worked.

But Gameboost didn't and they are still advertised on allkeyshop, I had to claim a charge back through my bank.

2+ weeks on going of headaches with this company over what? A $5 discount that I could of just gotten on Steam Directly?

So Allkeyshop advertises these companys, but how do we, as customers, rate them? review them? provide our feedback? Gameboost is on the recommended list for allkeyshop.

Yet they have a 2 star rating?

Why is there no place on allkeyshop where legitimate purchases can say, yes I bought a key, this is my purchase ID as proof and a review, if you got the product or didn't?

Buyer beware. The overall savings i've gotten in total across all purchases is probably in the $150 range, but i've also been scammed by fake CD Keys and companys refusing to help their customers which are all advertised on the same place, I now no longer recommend this shop after contacting their support team, and nothing was done.

Review Update

Allkeyshop contacted Game Boost on my behalf to see why a working CD Key was not provided, as I took video proof of me entering the CD Key and it said an error with wrong region.

Game Boost then provided a refund, which they were originally denying, even though I already issued a charge back on my card from my bank, it came through. Either willingly by the company or forcefully from my bank.

I'll continue to use the other companys advertised on Allkeyshop like Kinguin, Gamivo & Yuplay.

But i'll never use Game Boost ever again, despite offering me some store credit "as good will" after 2 weeks of head ache, ignored messages/tickets/and being told that my video and screenshots are nothing and don't qualify as proof. Despite showing my entire screen, entering the CD Key onto Steam and it not working.

So thank you to Allkeyshop for intervening as Game Boost wouldn't of been honourable otherwise and I advise people do not use this company even if its a few cents cheaper.

Game Boost also tried to take down my public reviews claiming them as false.

Bought windows 11pro didn't work bought again worked. They wouldn't refund the none working key they sent..
Won't be buying again from them even if it's free.488868 order number refund it.

I’ve used their website for 6 years now and i bought key for Xbox, pc and PlayStation, everytime i recived my key, price are the real deal and all the merchants are safe . Never had a problem. I bought nearly 30/35 games and 3/4 years of gamepass now

Superb support!

Even though they were not at fault (Gamivo listed their product incorrectly), they exceeded all expectations and resolved the problem quickly.
They even offer me a refund for the product purchased from Gamivo.

Not only are they a great source for finding cheap games but they also do giveaways that are great.

Fake
LicenceHouse on their site is fake.

Bought a game via Allkeyshop from a major seller. Unfortunately there was a problem from the seller. Even though they acknowledged the problem, they were unable to help. Ultimately, Allkeyshop resolved my problem even though they were not responsible.and

Allkeyshop has been great when it comes to finding great deals. They have yet to disappoint and I hope it continues that way
