I was sent the wrong size footwear
I was sent the wrong size footwear. I returned the item from Ireland to Germany at my own expense and paid extra for tracking.
The item was delivered on 25th Sept 2020 to Deutsche Post . Allike has not received it. Ive spoken to Becky & Jaap via email.

Unreliable
sorting out their order process. you can't take the payment and then the day after saying that the order didn't go through blaming Payapal. very frustrating especially because I could have placed a new order at the time if the payment didn't go through as plenty of sizes still available but now the product is sold out. unprofessional keeping in mind I was trying to cop some limited edition shoes.
Edit: although they couldn't fix the problem someone from the team tried his very best to support me. I may give the company another go in the future if they come up with some interesting release.

1.Because shipping costs they published on site is not equal as costs when you finished your order!!!
2.And they don't deduct VAT from the price if you are out EU !!!!

Update: They issued a refund to me to rectify.
