Documents for claim, no action, nor reaction.
Documents for claim have been sent to Allianz.com.gr three weeks ago. Since, I contacted the company at least 4 times by phone. All representatives provide the same answer: We will forward your email to the right department and Mrs .... will get back to you. So far, there is no response to my request nor file creation for my case. Besides, this is so unprofessional and non-serious that so far not even an acknowledgement receipt of an email has been sent. Requiring to call back and getting the same scenario over and over again.
