I wasn't given a refund

I asked for a refund when I found Tourist information of different regions of France was in French not English as I was advised. That would have been okay if the helpers weren't chatting. I had to leave after 10 minutes. A guy (who I happened to know) arrived as I was leaving. Even though he hadn't booked. I had already booked a second one but my ticket wasn't there. I didn't get the refund for either.n The event was Oct 2024 but I had written a number of times to no avail. It was upsetting.
