Product arrived timely and in good shape.

I was able to get in touch with someone through email about the status of my order, they replied the same day. Also provided tracking for shipping.

The part I ordered ended up not fitting. I asked for a refund and they promptly provided one.

First time customer. Easy ordering and my item was delivered in just a few days.

The site was easily searchable. I found exactly what I needed. Placing the order was easy.

I placed an order for which they charged me. Indicated my order was good. And then over a week later canceled my order saying the item was discontinued. It was readily available on their website and they were happy to take my order. Very disappointing

I placed an order with this site after finding it in Google Shopping. TrustPilot reviews were good, so I went ahead. There was no estimated delivery date, so I wrote the company to ask when I would receive the order. They said they would check and get back to me. There was no further response until, 6 days later, I wrote again. Then they said it was "currently marked to ship out within the next 1-2 business days." 9 days later, I have still not received it. I'm not yet certain if I have been defrauded or just lied to, but either way I will not be using this site again.

PS: After posting the review the company acted quickly to ship the product and provide compensation for the delay. That showed character. I'd have preferred attention before posting, but they did make it right.

Lower price, great customer service

Was able find exact replacement. Site was easy to use and product was delivered quickly.

I needed a replacement locking device for an obsolete model electrical panel. Alldata Resource was the only source I could find a correct replacement part. Once I was able to reach Customer Service they were proactive in helping verify the product information prior to ordering.

Over a month ago, I ordered and paid for a logic board for my garage operator which it said "in stock" !left multiple msgs, received emails that it's being shipped with 5 to 7 days ! Still nothing, now they are ignoring calls, order was placed in dec of 2025

I made my order AB 94559 on December 13th. They charged ,y card on December 15th. On January 4th I wrote a letter asking about the status of my order. Recieved a reply on January 12 that my order was shipped, but the tracking number is for another address in far-away state. Since then no reply to my emails and telephone calls. Haven't recieved my order, my money was not returned. I consider this to be fraud.

While searching for a replacement keypad for my home alarm, I came across Alldata who made it easy to identify and order the exact item i needed. I was notified via email that my order was received and that a follow up email would be sent when the item shipped. I never did get the email that it shipped, but it arrived in just over a week and was exactly what I needed. I was sure I wouldn't be able to get a replacement. Thank you for making this easy.
