There are things to improve
We booked our holiday with your company last year and paid then the first instalment. Due to Covid we rebooked our holiday for this year. Now there has been two times when I checked our period of stay on your website and found a much favourable price for the same period than ours. I asked your team if our price can be adjusted accordingly as well, for my second request I still do not have an answer. For the first request your answer was negative, although I think we should be treated as early bookers, due to the fact that our money is with your company for more than a year. So it seems people who are booking their holiday now receive the same service 24% cheaper than us. Secondly more money has been deducted from our account as it was indicated in your invoice without any prior notice.

Thank you very much for your message. We are sorry and understand that it bothers you that the same campsite and mobile home are now cheaper as at the period you booked it. As we act as an agent and broker, we have no influence on the price. The prices fluctuate from day to day, so we cannot offer you a better price, as this is contractually regulated with the supplier. There are certain offers that vary from week to week.
Concerning the amount that has been deducted from your account it must be a fee of your bank since we are not adding any additional fees. Please check that with your bank. We ask for your understanding and hope that you will have a great vacation.
