Everything was great, my family and I has enjoyed ourselves on the Alisa Premier Cruise. The staff was awesome with their service and always going the extra miles. Big thanks to Alice for giving us an upgrade, allows us to enjoy the awesome view of halong bay on the balcony. Everything was well arranged and went smoothly without hassle.
