Bunch of scammers!!! Not sending the package and then blaming me. No money, no package. It's a win-win for them
Later edit: 10 Aug 2026
Aliexpress came asking for an order number on the Trustpilot website although I have provided that over chat to the support team, anything but begging them to return my money at least. They have done nothing but sending me emails from a noreply email address saying my case is closed due to lack of evidence. The way Aliexpress operates is asking for evidence from you, that you did not received the package even if they haven't sent it or the carrier they are using has lost the package. I was in a situation where, on my own time, I had to reach out to multiple package delivery companies, from multiple countries, to understand what has happened and they all said the same thing. "We did not receive this package." Aliexpress is trying to paint this picture of the customer is to blame but reality is they are scamming people.

Ordered a lot of plain coloured cushions and after a long wait got cushions with the wrong colour and patterns all over them. After a lot of hustle from poorly trained Aliexpress customer service staff sent all the items back, but they did not refund. This is not a new situation, I have tried other Chinese whole sale outlets to buy goods for my business and had similar problems. Some sellers even sell items made from aluminium and call it stainless steel. False advertising is getting rampant.

Order Number: 3070111176330775
Klarna Reference: 08TFM1QP
I have now paid the FULL amount for this order through Klarna, even though I returned the entire order.
I received the items damaged and reported the problem to AliExpress immediately on the SAME DAY, including photos showing the damaged items. AliExpress approved the return and provided me with the return code/barcode.
I followed AliExpress’s instructions and returned ALL the items through Evri using the return code provided by AliExpress. I have already provided the return evidence, photos, and all relevant information.
Despite returning the entire order, I have now been charged the FULL amount through Klarna and I still have not received my refund.
Klarna has told me that AliExpress must confirm and process the return/refund. This unresolved issue has also affected my Klarna account.
Please urgently review the return records and issue my FULL REFUND. I returned all the items using the return method and code provided by AliExpress, so I should not be charged for products that AliExpress has already received back.

I am extremely disappointed with the way AliExpress handled my case. I appealed multiple times for an item that was missing from a package containing several other orders. The parcel arrived sealed and in perfect condition, but the specific item was simply not inside. Despite explaining this repeatedly, my appeals were rejected over and over because I could not provide “proof” of an item that was never in the package.
I feel completely disrespected as a customer. Instead of properly investigating the issue or considering the circumstances, AliExpress relied on automated responses and ignored the information I provided. There was no genuine attempt to help or find a fair solution. Loyal customers deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns taken seriously, not dismissed with the same generic replies. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in AliExpress and its buyer protection process.

I’d say the stuff sold here can be really good. The downside? There’s a lot of bad quality items and stolen pieces of clothing that can be hard to distinguish from the legit things. The community is nice enough to tell you how to spot legit reselling items and the legit ones do get sent in a timely manner.

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent experience on AliExpress. It has now been over a month since I placed my order, and I have neither received the item nor been issued a refund. This level of service is completely unacceptable for a platform that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.
From the very beginning, the shipping updates were vague and inconsistent. The tracking information stopped updating weeks ago, leaving me with no clear idea of where my package actually is. I understand that international shipping can occasionally face delays, but a full month with zero resolution and zero accountability from the seller or the platform is simply not acceptable.
What has made this experience even worse is the live chat support. I have tried multiple times to get help through it, and every single time it has been a complete waste of time. The responses are generic, scripted, and do not address the actual problem. I explain my issue clearly, only to receive copy-pasted replies that have nothing to do with my specific case. No real solution is ever offered, and I am simply redirected in circles without any progress. This is not customer support — it is an obstacle designed to frustrate customers into giving up.
I opened a dispute regarding this order, expecting a fair and timely resolution, but instead I have been met with delays, unhelpful responses, and no clear timeline for when this issue will actually be resolved. I have provided all necessary information, including my order number and proof of the issue, yet nothing has moved forward. At this point, I have lost all confidence that this matter will be handled properly without further escalation on my part.
I am requesting an immediate resolution to this matter. I expect one of the following to happen without further delay:
Immediate dispatch and delivery confirmation of the item I originally ordered, or
A full and immediate refund to my original payment method.
I should not have to keep chasing this issue for over a month with no result. If this is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further, including filing a formal dispute through my payment provider (such as a chargeback), leaving a detailed public review warning other buyers, and reporting this seller and the platform's handling of the issue to relevant consumer protection channels.
I sincerely hope AliExpress takes this feedback seriously, because right now, the combination of a missing item, no refund, and an unhelpful live chat system reflects extremely poorly on the platform's reliability. Customers deserve transparency, accountability, and timely support — none of which I have received in this case.
I expect a genuine response from an actual representative, not another automated or scripted reply.

I placed my order on 30 June and, despite waiting for more than a month, I still have not received it. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
The most frustrating part is the constant delays and empty promises from customer support. Every time I contact live chat, I am told to wait another two or three days. When those days pass, I contact them again and receive the same response. This cycle has continued for weeks without any real solution.
I have wasted a significant amount of time chasing updates and trying to get a clear answer about my order and refund. The seller should not be blamed for this situation, as the issue appears to be with AliExpress's handling of the case and customer support process.
I am extremely disappointed with the service, the lack of communication, and the failure to resolve my issue in a reasonable timeframe. Based on my experience, I would not recommend AliExpress to others and will think very carefully before using the platform again.

In Fairness Aliexpress used to be one of the best reliable sites to purchase from abroad with excellent customers services. But sadly this could not be said of them now since they moved their offices from the UK. They are now one of the worst to known in all aspect especially with customer services. They support there sellers supplying defective and fake goods and does nothing about they. They even want customers to pay for return of defective goods with no chance of getting back refund of defective goods or monies paid for return or after support . I personally received defective damaged cap which I was advice's to return of which I followed their instructions but to date their customers services are just creating a piecemeal situation despite providing them with everything they requested including proof of return, pictures of the defective product received etc, I have not only lost the cost of my returned product but the amount paid to return. Buy from then at you own risk. On 9 August 2026. After my review they refunded me with the cost of the item but failed to refund my refund costs which they have asked me to pay and will refund once returned. I contacted customer service today 9th August to request and find out why my postage costs has not been refunded. And yet again had to go through their round and round process which I now believe design to frustrate customers.Having been a customer for over 20 years I still stand by my opinion that they have the worst ever customer services and buying from this site is at ones own risk

I've always enjoyed ordering from there. But now it's way too expensive, and it's not worth it anymore. The fees are just too high. You should find a solution to this problem. Fewer categories. A lot of items could fall under “Decor,” for example

I have been a regular AliExpress customer for years, but this experience has completely destroyed my trust in their Buyer Protection.
I placed an order Ref Number: 8212135791448133 , with tracking number Tracking number: AECA00000001015643 that clearly included the service commitment: “Refund if no delivery before July 31, 2026.”
The package was never delivered. AliExpress’s own tracking still shows:
“Delivery unsuccessful – Your package couldn’t be delivered because the recipient wasn’t at home.”
My shipping address is a commercial business that is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The carrier (Intelcom Express) claimed they would “try again soon,” but no second delivery attempt was ever made.
The entire process has been frustrating and contradictory. AliExpress says "Delivery unsuccessful," while Intelcom's carrier tracking has remained "On the way" since July 6, 2026. I contacted Intelcom four times, but no one could tell me where my package is, whether another delivery attempt was made, or whether the package was returned to the sender. Despite this uncertainty and the lack of any proof of delivery, AliExpress still denied my refund..
I also contacted the seller, who explained that once the shipment reached Canada, they could not intervene because the local carrier was responsible.
Despite all of this, AliExpress rejected both my dispute and my appeal, claiming that I did not provide sufficient evidence.
My question is simple: How can a customer provide proof that they did NOT receive a package?
The evidence is already on AliExpress’s own platform:
• Order status: Awaiting delivery
• Tracking status: Delivery unsuccessful
• No proof of delivery
• No signature
• No delivery photo
• No confirmation that I ever received the package
What made this experience even more frustrating was the dispute process itself. It honestly felt as though my case was being reviewed by robots or an automated system rather than by someone carefully examining the facts. I received generic responses asking for evidence that simply does not exist because the package was never delivered.
Once AliExpress marked the transaction as Completed, there was no way to communicate with a real person to discuss the case, explain the situation, or challenge the decision. A company handling international transactions should not hide behind automated decisions when a customer has a legitimate non-delivery dispute.
If AliExpress refuses to honor its own “Refund if no delivery” guarantee when its own tracking shows the package was never delivered, then that guarantee has no value.
What makes this even more disappointing is that I was planning to place a business order of approximately $2,000 CAD for repair parts and merchandise. Fortunately, this happened before I placed that larger order. After this experience, I no longer have any confidence that my business would be protected if another shipment failed to arrive.
I am now forced to dispute the transaction through my Desjardins Visa because AliExpress refused to resolve the issue despite my repeated attempts with both the carrier and the seller.
My advice to other buyers: As a business owner, trust is everything. I was planning to place an order of approximately $2,000 CAD for repair parts and inventory through AliExpress. Fortunately, this happened before I placed that order. After seeing how AliExpress handled a simple non-delivery case, I have decided not to risk thousands of dollars on a platform that refuses to honor its own "Refund if no delivery" guarantee and provides no way to speak with a real person once a transaction is marked as completed., and my refund was denied despite AliExpress’s own delivery guarantee.
Update (Resolved):
After posting this review and submitting a new appeal with updated evidence, AliExpress reviewed my case again.
The tracking status on both AliExpress and Intelcom was updated to confirm that the package had been lost in transit. Based on this new evidence, AliExpress approved a full refund.
I appreciate that they ultimately honored their Buyer Protection policy.
However, I remain disappointed with the dispute process. My original dispute and appeal were denied even though the package had never been delivered. It took multiple contacts with the carrier, gathering additional evidence, and another appeal before the case was finally resolved.
I hope AliExpress improves its customer service by allowing customers to communicate with a real representative when new evidence becomes available after a dispute has been closed.

I purchased 2 infrared rat traps from Aliexpress in March and they are brilliant A few months later in August I realised I needed another two so I placed my order and paid for another two at just under £30, (screenshots taken) next day I received a WhatsApp message from the seller saying they need more money before they can post my items.
I've been going around in circles trying to get it resolved but hit a brickwall every time. Even my bank statement says my payments went to Aliexpress. I've now permanently deleted the Aliexpress App
and never again will I even type the word Aliexpress.

I had a very disappointing experience with ddpai Official Store on AliExpress.
My refund amount was 732 SAR, but I only received 272 SAR + 272 SAR. 190 SAR is still missing.
It has been 10 days, and every time I contact customer support, I get the same automated response: "Please wait another 48 hours." They keep extending the waiting period without providing any real solution.
My case number is 2053808545765376, and despite multiple chats with customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but my request has been ignored.
I expected better customer service from AliExpress. Holding a customer's money for this long without a proper explanation is unacceptable.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will continue sharing my experience on public review platforms and social media to warn other customers.
I only want my remaining 190 SAR refund processed as soon as possible.

ENG : AliExpress is taking advantage of the introduction of the European tax on small parcels to make money without complying with the actual legislation. The law specifies that this tax on small parcels is not subject to VAT but is added on top of it; yet, AliExpress rushes to apply VAT to the tax itself. Furthermore, AliExpress fails to distinguish between product categories. I tried to buy two different car key covers with a total value of €5.98; since they belong to the same product category, the tax should apply only once (€3). For AliExpress, however, the calculation is: key cover + key cover + VAT, resulting in a total of €6.74! Even though AliExpress applies a reduction in customs duties, their disregard for the law will work against them, leading to a significant drop in orders.

Used to love aliexpress but they changed courier companies and the last 4 times the package was undeliverable but as soon as contacted customer service it was delivered..
Its now to much hassle to buy off aliexpress due to their new courier

The new policy of forcing you to waste your time and money by going back to the post office in order to return a product (shipping back is free - but not my time!) that turned out to be the wrong one/broken/had a misleading description which is 1000% the sellers fault - is outrageous. Aliexpress is not what it used to be anymore. I'm buying in Shein and Temu now, much better customer service.

Although the item was shipped quickly, Royal Mail refuse to deliver it as there is not enough postage on it! I am in dispute with Aliexpress over this!
The am pleased to say that my parcel has arrived today without me having to pay anything! Strange mix up indeed.

Finally received a reply from this crooked company. They told me I only ordered filters. Wrong! The ad showed the waterer, 2.2 liters, the light attached and a complete description. In very tiny print below, it listed the filters. What a rip! When you see the entire 2 line description and picture of the waterer, why would anyone think they were not ordering the waterer. Stay away from this company. Not only do they take forever to reply, they absolutely DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My daughter purchased a costume called Axis Powers Hetalia Cosplay through AliExpress. She had no email trail after making the purchase, such as nothing to say that the item was going to be delivered, or after it had supposedly taken place. Very suspicious indeed. In fact, the Evri tracking number supplied by the AliExpress vendor is not a match. So AliExpress has turned down her request for a refund and has stated there is proof the item was delivered. Funny how the Evri tracking is not confirming this. You only have to type in the tracking number to see that it does not say the item was delivered to any address, let alone ours! Some of the vendors on AliExpress are clearly dishonest and shady. Apparently, the recycled tracking number is a well-known scam. No one in my house will ever use AliExpress again. They clearly only prop up their sellers and are not on the side of the buyers. Avoid AliExpress. If I could give them a zero I would!

My experience with AliExpress customer support has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased motorcycle crash bars advertised as compatible with my CFMOTO. When they arrived, I discovered multiple manufacturing defects. The left and right crash bars had different dimensions, the mounting points did not align correctly, one threaded hole was defective, and the color was significantly different from the original CFMOTO crash bars.
Because of these defects, the crash bars could not be safely installed. Forcing them into place would put excessive stress on the motorcycle frame, so I removed them immediately.
During the dispute process, AliExpress repeatedly asked for more evidence. I provided everything requested: detailed photographs, videos, measurements, side-by-side comparisons with the original crash bars, and additional explanations. I even uploaded all the evidence to Google Drive to make their review easier.
Despite my complete cooperation, AliExpress concluded that my evidence was "not sufficient" and offered only a partial refund of €18.18 for a product that cost almost €90 and is completely unusable.
I rejected the partial refund because it was not a fair solution. Nevertheless, AliExpress processed the partial refund anyway and later stopped responding to my emails.
What disappointed me most was not only the financial loss but also the way the case was handled. I spent weeks providing evidence and following every instruction, only to receive generic responses and a decision that ignored the fact that the product cannot be used for its intended purpose.
Customers expect a fair dispute process when purchasing through a marketplace. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.
