I order black and my receipt in the bag said black but the purse organizer was blue!!!!!!

The product has never shipped. I have reached out to Customer Service twice with no response. With all that, I continue to get requests for a review. Well now you have one - I will never recommend or order from this company ever again!!

After placing my order and paying for it, it is now on back order for seven weeks. Yet the same insure is available at higher price.

I noticed I ordered the wrong color and sent an email right away. Algorithm replied right away and was able to get me the color I originally wanted. It fits perfectly in my LV NF MM tote!! I love the organizer and I feel relief knowing it’s protecting the inside of my tote.

It was horrible....bought it as a gift and had it shipped to there address...so they canceled my order...so I just bought the same thing from Amazon...got it cheaper and delivered in 2 days

I ordered a wrong size, I tried to get in contact with customer service to exchange the insert and nobody answers. Now I need to return the item at my expense, hope the item will be delivered properly and wait the reimbursement (if you decide that is deserved) and then buy and pay for another delivery fee. Worst shopping experience ever.

I love algorithm. On this particular order the listed measurements for my item were incorrect and the organizer didn’t work for what I wanted Algorithm made it right and promptly refunded Still my go to luxury bag organizers.
