The items were as advertised and exactly what I ordered and wanted. The issue was I noticed a few issues where I accidentally typed in a wrong letter in my name due to my phone acting up as well as an extra number in the phone number. When I email then to fix the issue before the item was shipped I received an automated email and when I tried again to fix the issue I got another automated email and then the package was shipped. After that I was informed where in the personal area I could update everything but it was too late. Luckily my email was correct so I received the necessary updates from the mail distribution provider in my country and everything was delivered ok.

Alessio was the man, does his job very well and has a routine on how he deals with the customers has it down to an art form. Made sure everything I ordered was correctly in place. They even took the time to send me the whole diagram on how to measure my foot properly. So there's virtually never need for returns back to Italy. I will be purchasing from them again! Thank you Alessio!

This is the second time I have purchased hiking boots from Alex Factory. Shipping was prompt and efficient via Federal Express, even though from Italy to the US. Each time Alex Factory checked by email to make sure I was ordering the correct size. Prices were reasonable too. Positive experience and I would buy from them again.
