This is a very strict and structured programme but it really worked for me and I lost a ton of weight in under 6 months.
The support structures are very good and the therapists are nice and supportive.
I would say pretty intense for someone trying to loose only a few pounds but if you need to loose a lot of weight and have struggled before this is a good way of doing so!
What a farce this company is.....
It operates on emotional sales techniques for people who need help to lose weight.
They are totally unethical as a company and have taken money for a package that they have not provided because they have staff problems. They most definetly do not treat you as a person or client but more like a cash cow.
I would not bother. Totally shocking behaviour 😳

Reply from Alevere Nutrition
I can happily say iv achieved my pre-lockdown weight using Alevere.
Customer care was 5 star throughout my experience at the London clinic, I never felt alone from the therapists during my weekly appointments to the support team on the phones calling and texting me between appointments to check how I was getting on.
I chose Alevere due to the Medical nature of the programme and am so glad I did, Dr Burton was on hand throughout my journey and monitored my diabetes closely. I felt well looked after and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Frankly this works because it's so expensive you'd feel a complete idiot not losing weight on it. You will lose weight but it slows down quite quickly after the initial stone. However if you are committed to this you could be committed to any other diet at a fraction of the price.
The cosmetic treatments are indeed that and I believe no scientific evidence behind them. Perhaps if you had them every day but 20 minutes of each, once a week...don't believe the hype. If you are over 40 with stretched skin it's not going to make a difference.
I am a highly active person and finding I don't have enough energy to do my usual exercise and it is beginning to be counterproductive due to the enormous volume of vegetables I'm having to eat to feel full up. Plus having sweet treats of an evening all be it alevere, means I'm not getting out of the habit of sweet treats.
2 months yes nearly 2 stone lost, but it is down to my willpower, not Alevere. I just feel for people that bankrupt themselves doing this as how many people are doing it for a second time or third time? Nearly all those on the secret Facebook page appear to have done it more than once.
So yes if you can afford to spend the money great but if it is going to leave you bankrupt think very seriously because there's nothing worse than bankrupting yourself and realising you've gained weight again.
Alevere has been a revelation! So, so glad I signed up to this. I'm entering week 4 10kg down from my start weight!
Having invested financially in the journey and having a string end goal in mind, I'm finding it quite easy to stick to, and I love the weekly treatments, it's like a warm, if firm, massage!
The sachets are tasty and genuinely stop you feeling hunger for 4 hours or so. Lots of options of sweet and savoury options, drinks, shakes and hot drinks.
Being able to have certain amounts of some fruits is a god send as well, and lots f veggies, I'm feeling healthier than ever! I've seen a huge difference in my shape already, especially around my stomach and waist, can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks deliver!
A fabulous diet, for those that have tried ‘everything else’ and failed, like me. But rather than talk about this amazing regime let me answer some of the most common questions or moans that I have seen in other reviews. Firstly, these clinics are all individual franchises, if you experience a poor service, then this is down the the franchisee and not the diet. It is not my experience from the Northampton branch, nor from several others where I have referred friends. Bad service? Then complain, or Instagram, like you would with any other poor service situation. Next, I cannot believe that the doctors would not respond to anyone who is experiencing health or pain issues, they are all GP’s and so are fully experienced in dealing with these issues, that is why Alavere employ only NHS doctors, so we are assured of the utmost standards of care. Yes, sure, you may have a few issues in your 1st week, you are after all suffering withdrawal symptoms, from sugar, fars, carbs. Some people will suffer more than others, presumably as a result of their level of unhealthy eating beforehand, but like most things, if you drink the appropriate amount of water, take a couple of painkillers as necessary, accept that you are on your way to a healthier life, then you will get through the pain of ‘cold turkey’ in about 1 week. The ‘treatments’ mentioned don’t get enough explanation anywhere. There are no injections or otherwise scary things going on, the 2 treatments are cosmetic, and can get in any high street beauty salon, one to warm up the fat cells (a bit like being ironed with a very cool iron) followed by an all over ‘hoovering’ where your skin is suctioned in a hoovering type motion, to get your skin to snap back into place, the place where you have lost the fat. Nothing scary, and if they hurt (wimps) then you can ask for the ‘hoover’ to be turned down. For me, no pain no gain, but I understand that others won’t feel the same. Lastly, the cost. Yes……expensive……eye watering…..but what cost is your health? About £200 per week, so not achievable for everyone, but remember you could lose 1 stone per month, and they do offer finance options. The way I look at it is, the cost helps me stick…..rigidly….to the instructions, why would you pay that kind of money and then sabotage yourself? (Thus putting yourself back by at least 1 one 2 weeks in the process). The drinks and food alternatives range is enough so that when you have tried most things once, and identified those that you wouldn’t want to try again, you settle into a range that is pleasant, and DOES NOT LEAVE YOU HUNGRY. I say this loudly because I too was a skeptic, but what they say is true, most of the times you feel hunger is not actual hunger, it is your blood sugar getting low after your last sugar and carb ladened intake. Without the spike or trough in blood sugar, because the sachets are nutritionally balanced, you don’t get the craving to eat, hence a lot of those on Alavere actually have to force themselves to eat on time, as prescribed, because your body is digesting your fat, and you don’t need to intake any more. I have learned that keeping your blood sugar constant is the thing that you need to do when you come off the diet to maintain your loss, and not get those cravings back. Ever heard the saying ‘rubbish in, rubbish out’? Well that is is true here, if you load your body with sugars, fats, refined carbs, your body will think it is having ‘a party’ and once digested will be yelling for more, even though your body does not need it! A bit like those nights, as giddy 20 somethings, when you know you don’t need any more to drink but your mates keep telling you, you do! Keep this rubbish out of your diet, and you will not get those cravings. And so here ended the sermon….you can tell I am a convert…….best diet ever, 1 hour to myself every week whilst I have my treatments, yeah sure I crave a bit of toast when I smell it, or a bag of chips, or a bacon sarnie, but then I think of the cost, the outcome and the fact that I am not actually hungry…..and I am back on the straight and narrow! If you can afford it, most people will have made a substantial loss between 2-6 months, for a much longer, brighter and happier future. Small price to pay!
Just completed my course of treatments with Alevere. Staff goes above and beyond to accommodate my busy work schedule. If you follow it properly, the results speak for themselves! Cannot recommend this enough. It really works!
The London clinic is excellent. The slimming course which isn’t cheap works very well. I have undertaken it twice with wonderful results. Highly recommended.
Expensive but it works!
So much easier than a conventional diet and trust me I tried them all. I lost 3 stone in 3 months and have kept the weight off for a year without sticking to a diet. I now eat a balanced well proportioned diet without trying too hard.
The sachets taste good and the protein bars are so tasty! The worst part is the keto breath but a welcome side effect as this means it’s working!!!! If you are considering this go for it, be prepared to have no alcohol and be strict and you WILL see results!
I have not used this service but was considering it. However, despite visiting several of their websites I was unable to ascertain the cost which is never a good sign and, for this reason, have only given them 1 star. However, I set out below the comments of one reviewer who has used the service which should give other people showing interest in this company an idea of the cost:
"The cost is approximately £130 per week for the treatments (weekends which is when we could make it), approximately £130 per week for the sachets (7 x £18.50) and around £30 per week for associate supplements, blood-tests and so on. You should therefore budget approximately £1250 per month."
It works!!
The plan, the support from reception staff to therapists to doctors is fantastic. The results are in real. This is not just a diet it learns you so much about your lifestyle choices.
You are medically monitored throughout and changes made when required to support your body settling into this.
The facebook group is so supportive, other people on the same plan along with people that have completed the plan and staff from alevere - everyone wants you to succeed and achieve.
Thank you so much to everyone at Rothwell Alevere, even though I have a long way to go, this and you all have changed my life for the better x
I have been on the programme for 9 weeks and lost 2 and a half stone in weight. Diets seemed to stop working and I tried this as a desperate measure. Absolutely delighted with the results and glad I took the big step and trusted them. Staff are great too and really supportive. It really worked, but you need to put the commitment in as well.
As long as you stick to it the weight drops off. The treatments are very relaxing, the staff are all very supportive & helpful, I really dont have a bad thing to say about this diet. Changed my life so much & given me my confidence back. Bonus is my blood pressure is now normal & all my headaches have gone. Huge thank you to everyone who helped me
Excellent, best diet plan I have ever done. Staff are extremely helpful and encouraging. The whole experience was well worth it as I now have a great figure again and I am full of energy. The maintenance appointments are also extremely helpful. You are made to feel as part of the family and you get one to one support all the time .
Best thing I ever did.
I have just finished the programme and I can honestly say it’s changed my life. My outlook on food, fitness and general well-being has completely changed. Not only does the diet WORK (as long as you commit to it 100%), but it’s completely reprogrammed my brain and it’s approach to food. So many people have complained about headaches but I only had one for a couple of days and I was pre-warned about the symptoms of sugar withdrawal. Believe me, the first week (especially the first day) is the hardest. Once you get into the swing of things, it’s easy to follow and adapt. I went on two holidays whilst on the diet and although it wasn’t fun to watch other people eat nice food in front of you, it’s totally worth it when you get to the end. I’ve learnt so many things about myself and nutrition I the process and was able to identify all the bad habits I had previously.
However, I do have to say this; THE PROGRAMME IS NOT A MAGIC TRICK. The hard work is when you’re off the diet and it’s your responsibility to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. It’s also expensive, but if you’re fully committed to changing your life, it’s totally worth it. I had to save months in advance to afford it, but I’m so happy that I did.
I am now at a very healthy weight, my body fat has gone down 10% and I’ve gone from a uk 16 to a uk 8/10. But numbers aren’t the most important part. Sure, it’s nice to have a specific target, but it’s about way more than that. It’s about examining behaviours and doing your research and changing your lifestyle.
Alevere is just the start of the journey; a catapult into a new life, but what a head start!
Alevere Therapy is awesome, I have lost 5 stone in 16 weeks, reversed type 2 diabetes and transformed my life, the only thing that can make it fail is you. Trust the system, dont cheat and you WILL LOSE WEIGHT and FEEL AMAZING
I have experienced a severe migraine from day one of this diet and six days later i am still suffering. I just read that i am not alone. The therapist was adamant it is not the diet suggesting i have something seriously wrong with me. I am waiting for a response from their Dr. I paid for 4wks up front!!!! I would suggest people approach this diet with caution.
I’m sure like all very low calorie diets one sticks to,this will work for many. In principle diets don’t work as so many of us go back to earlier eating habits and put the weight back on especially with a newly reduced calorie burning ability.so I had tried everything beforehand.Alevere is extremely expensive ( like last ditch, use up your savings, take out another credit card expensive) All of which you will do if you are seriously overweight and have tried everything.Unfortunately although Alevere sachets didn’t mean I was hungry, the stuff gave me the WORST migraine I have ever had within 24 hours of starting the program.Once identified I stopped taking them and went to see the clinic who were pretty unsympathetic and denied point blank there was anything ‘unnatural’ in the sachets ( how can theybe anything else when they last for months.)After some argy-bargy I got some of my money back but of course the ‘ treatments’ ( which left me bruised all over) and the consultations were not refundable. I don’t know what the answer is,obesity is complex.of course bottom line is calories in vs. calories out but how you manage that is different for everybody.I eat a very healthy diet normally so there was no junk food, pop, booze or doughnuts to give up and miraculously cause weight loss.
Think very carefully before you spend the eye watering amounts Alever costs!
This diet certainly gets the weight off if you stick to the rules. I did and successfully lost 6 st. However I have not given 5 stars as it falls down with lack of maintainance help. My clinic in Aberdeen have been very supportive and it was very reassuring to know there was a doctor on hand to see you monthly or any other time you felt it was necessary. They are now moving away from Alevere to pilot their own weight loss programme. Still sachets, body contouring etc but greater emphasis on helping you to maintain your weight loss.
This is a fantastic diet, if you are willing to stick to the advice given. My consultant was very open and honest when he advised that if you do the diet then go back to your old ways of eating, you will put the weight back on!
I've lost over 3st on the diet and have been stable since finishing in May. I still get constant support from the team in Northampton and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
I didn't have a huge weight loss in my first week, like most do, but I consistently lost between 3-4lbs every week.
The hardest part of the diet is introducing normal food back in, but if you take the advice of your consultant and do it gradually, it really does work
