Very pleased with the bath. It looks fabulous and well made. We had a small admin mix up which ended up with the bath being delivered having been painted in the wrong colour. However this was quickly rectified as arrangements were made for the bath to be collected and returned to the factory for re-painting without any fuss or quibble. The re-painted bath looks great and the paint finish looks fantastic. You must be careful when installing not to mark-up the paint finish especially when attaching feet on a freestanding bath. We were very very careful and still ended up with one or two small marks. Overall very pleased with the bath - comparable in looks to a traditional cast iron bath but a fraction of the weight so much easier to handle.

Gave me a delivery date at purchase and didn’t change! Was contacted day before for a two hour slot and they came on time.

Everything turned up on time, to a very good standard of finish. The team were very nice to deal with. The only minor comment to take this review to a 4 instead of a 5 was due to a small communication error, even though we believed we had everything need for the chrome waste it was a point of unpacking we realised we still required the trap assembly. This was quickly rectified and arrived within 24 hours. Very good service.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new bath. Choosing the tubby tub has enabled me to achieve a characterful, luxury bathroom in a relatively small space. The staff at Albion were helpful throughout, sending pictures of different sized members of staff in the bath (clothed!) so I could see the fit/ bathing position, running over to the show room to take extra measurements for our plumber etc. The bath arrived exactly when agreed, in perfect condition, it fits beautifully and we love it. Thanks very much to everyone at Albion. I would heartily recommend your company.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From start to finish Phil and the team couldn't have been more helpful. I originally intended to get a different model but after talking it through with the team I decided on the one that met majority of requirements. The team even sent me photos of them in the bath to gauge the sizing, colours and comfort factor! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bath was delivered on time as promised and they even held it for the free 4 weeks storage without any bother. Delivery team were courteous and waited while we checked it for damage. There was none.
Despite the heat I have tried it out. Its absolutely fabulous. Worth every penny for a relaxing soak...
Would have no hesitation recommending.

Similar to a review I have already read. Paid in excess of 4K for a bath , When it was delivered we weren't ready to fit it so we nursed it onto our spare bedroom and kept all the wrapping on it to avoid any potential damage. We un wrapped it a few weeks later and the paint was faulty underneath. Contacted Albion who immediately put the blame on us, There is absolutely no way we caused this, I cannot tell you how careful we were with the bath. Getting anywhere to fight this company is like trying to push water up hill with a fork. Luckily for us it was underneath but god only knows if this was somewhere visible. Shocking customer service

Having had our bathroom fitted nearly 14 years ago(which we are very happy with ) our hose from the bath taps to the handheld showerhead needed replacing . We have had excellent customer service , great response to our photos and the problems that arose . Would recommend this company and their excellent and friendly customer service . Thank you Albion looking forward to the next 14 years of our bathroom !

I feel so let down by this company . I purchased 2 wall mounted taps at a cost of £950 , plus £23 delivery . On arrival my plumber of 20 years experience said he couldn’t fit them as they could not be disassembled and plumbed in then reassembled as a large sticker said it would cancel warranty . I called Albion and was told that they needed flexible pipes , then the rap would push in . Plumber said that wasn’t the right way to fit a wall mounted tap .
So I decided to return them , only to find a 15% restocking fee . Which means I pay £140 , plus delivery and return post £46 . So I’m out £186 for a product that can be installed correctly .
A total rip off

Absolutely appalling. We replaced a cistern of theirs which had corroded through - not something that should happen to an expensive cistern. The replacement cost hundreds and took weeks to arrive - and when it arrived it came without any of the internal pieces: valves, handle etc. Albion had not told us that this would be the case so we find ourselves still unable to use the loo. And now in the position of having to pay yet more hundreds for the additional pieces.

I have had a tubby two bath with amie taps and separate shower for more than 12 years and they all look as great as the day they were installed despite heavy use and living in an area of extremely hard water. It was brilliant to be able to find a deep and stylish bath to fit into my cottage. I was so impressed that I later also purchased a tubby bath for a guest room en-suite. Recently I had problems with the 12 year old shower mixer and the customer service was fantastic; great advice and suggestions from Lee rectified the problem without the expense of a new mixer. I cannot recommend this company highly enough not only for its fabulous products but for the friendly, responsive and excellent level of customer care.

In 2012 we bought a free standing claw foot bath, traditional sink, toilet and shower for our Edwardian property and at the time we were impressed with the help we received from the staff and the quality of the products. The result was exactly as we hoped. The bathroom looks no different today as the day it was installed, even after being used by a family of six (four daughters!) for the last eight years. Last week my sink tap finally gave up so I rang the company for help, having sent them photos of the problem they were immediately helpful and have sent out the replacement part at a reasonable price (far cheaper than replacing both taps for a new matching set). I am now looking forward to getting another eight years at least from my lovely bathroom. I'm so glad I chose this bathroom from this company, given the years of use it has turned out to be an investment I haven't regretted.

I recently downsized to a small cottage in North London. I needed to refurbish the two bathrooms and started with my ensuite. I ordered a bath, Imperium Plinth, painted in Arsenic Green plus a large washbasin.They came when promised, with all the fitting and fixtures. Absolutely no problems and the finished bathroom looks magnificent

I am delighted with the result and can't wait to start on the next one. A shower/wet room this time.

I was amazed how easy it was to deal with the company. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. Good news all round

I have ordered items from Albion Bath Co in the past and had no issues with quality or customer service . I recently ordered a full bathroom suite including a free standing slipper bath with burnished paint Finish .
The bath was unpacked and moved into position by my builders .
Upon inspection I found the paint finish was damaged which they absolutely denied responsibility . I called Albion Bath Co and spoke to a director stating that I thought it had been delivered to me in a damaged state.
They strongly denied that it was their doing but said they would collect it and put it right .
I have since found out that it was damaged on site .
I called the directors today to ask them to charge me for the repair and to apologise for my initial reaction.
They have kindly rejected my claim and have undertaken the repair at their own cost which is very admirable in the circumstances .
I regularly develop properties and I will use Albion Bath Co again.
