Just take a look in their website for warranty terms or faulty returns - there's nothing. You might as well buy off eBay. No after sales support, and I've been a victim of them selling something which doesn't fit the vehicle (part numbers were all correct, but part in the box was wrong) and they won't take it back All that glitters is not gold, and in my opinion, this firm needs avoiding at all costs.

I bought motor oil and I saw that it was counterfeit after I checked it, I bought it from somewhere else and I checked my suspicions were true. I told them that it was counterfeit, of course they said no, they asked me to return the product at my own expense and after I returned it appeared on the clarna that I still had to pay a little over 10 euros for their shipping to me when they sent the product. The conclusion is that even if it is cheaper, don't buy it because there is a very high chance that it is counterfeit and you will lose money on shipping twice.

Wrong picture, 40 euros to return the product
Bought a backlight that in the picture was shown to be for the left side.
Received one for the right side.
Emailed about it and got a quick reply that, even though the lamp in the picture was "left", in the text it said "right".
When I suggested they get pictures adapted to the product, they stopped responding for many hours.
No phone number on the website.
They have no shipping solution for returning the goods. You simply have to send them yourself to Estonia. The price with Postnord from is 40 euros.
