once notified of a problem with the watch the customer services team worked tirelessly to get me a replacement.

Total scam, do not use. We bought the Apple like headphones which were truly awful and much cheaper than I could ever have imagined. We had comms with them to send them back now they have stopped comms and they are stuck in a Chinese port without movement. Not worth the gamble but also way over priced for the standard of headphones received. Truly terrible product.

Buyer beware. These are toy headphones. Did exactly as I was instructed to get my money back. Sent recorded delivery in January and store claimed not received. They arrived back from China this month - not collected/deliverable ! Do not waste your money. Happy to share all correspondence with anyone that doubts my word

Item was returned back to the company in April 2026, i have not been refunded yet(is now June) , every email i send i am fobbed off.
Please be aware of this and avoid like the plague.

I bought my son the Air Max headphones for Christmas 2025 and they have been perfect for quality of sound, noise levels and comfortable to wear. He has been really pleased with them and they have recently stopped working. I contacted Airwatch and within no time at all I have had a response from there customer care team to find out more information. They requested a video of the fault, which I supplied and without any quibble they have arranged for a replacement headset is sent out to me. My son is so happy as he loves his gaming. Highly recommend buying from such a great company.

I had a slight issue but the company resolved it instantly. Absolute top class customer service. The watch I bought is also fantastic does everything that it said and worth every penny. Highly recommended 5 star service

Do not buy from this company they are Fraudsters, i ordered an Airmax 2 from them but receive a very fake and low quality MS-B1 headphone. i sent an email for a refund and they told me i had to send it back to their warehouse in china, which is so annoying. Don't ever purchase anything from them they sell fake things. they also tell you to leave a good review so they can help you with any issues if you need them to fix or refund you.

The headphones I bought for my daughter were faulty, but the customer service team have been brilliant. Great communication and have even offered to send out a replacement free of charge.
The shipping times are a little long, but the product makes up for it!

Received our headphones on time as described. Quality is excellent. Sound is great for the price point. We did have an issue with our order, but this was promptly rectified when we contacted customer services via email. I would buy again.

This company is a fraud and only want your money , my watch broke in 3 weeks due to poor materials , when i reported this to them they said they would replace it if i left a 5* review on trust pilot. (Bribery)
I stupidly did this and now they are refusing to replace my item saying it was my fault . My watch has since turned a different colour in tge screen for some reason. Really bad product even worse customer service ! Avoid at all costs and go with garmin a top watch provider.

I ordered headphones and the order was placed on 18th March with the delivery stated as 5-7 days.

Today is 29th march and the product is still in transit with no signs of delivery.

The customer service has no idea about the date of delivery and they are not bothered about the inconvenience caused.

They’re handling the situation really well and taking all the right steps to make sure the customer is satisfied. It’s impressive how they’re turning things around!

Ordered the air max headphones towards the end of last year, and was very happy with the product - comfortable and sound quality is excellent. They’ve recently developed a fault in the battery but having emailed customer service, who were very helpful and prompt with replies, they have agreed to send me a replacement!

Unbelievable service , watch is brilliant has so many functions , great battery and the customer service is also 5 *. Can’t fault them
