Ordered a GHK G5 hop up unit to replace my broken hop up. Gas Guns+ Plastic parts = it breaks over time. It happens. Although the item arrived in the mailbox in a timely manner, I received a hop up unit for an entirely different platform. I sent an email regarding the issue with the order and I never got a response back. Do yourself a Favor and order Airsoft items from reputable sites such as evike.com (even ehobby is better than ordering from Airsplat). I ordered from Airsplat since it was the only closest online retailer to me that carried the item as I needed the item in a hurry. I was willing to take the risk by not listening to others who had awful experiences with Airsplat. And this happened. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. It's not worth the risk and headache.

I bought a boneyard gun and the gun came in great shape!! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the gun was! Sure the gun had a few missing parts and things wrong with it, but those problems were listed in the description. Shipping was a little slow, I had zero communication as far as shipping/tracking info - I had to call to get the information. 4 stars because I had to call to figure out where my package was, if it even shipped, and get a tracking number.

Their sale prices were outstanding! My order shipped pretty quick considering how busy they were, but the shipment notification was delayed a few days. Some items in my order were canceled because they were out of stock.

Half my items arrived
Half my items arrived, as the rest were out of stock despite not being listed otherwise on the website. Made no initiative to offer refund or explanation until I emailed them first. Also had initially promised to provide tracking number info after order shipped, didn't provide until I emailed them.
Also, around the time of the spring 80% off sale, I had my credit card information compromised. Others at an online forum seem to echo my experience. I do not foolishly provide CC info online.
Now I'm pursuing them for the refund they offered last week but haven't followed through the next business day. We'll have to see if they plan on keeping the full amount of their shipping (high) prices or if I'll have to go to my CC company to get that refunded.
Update: Partial refund acquired after some wrangling. I've given up on the RMA for DoA item after receiving a rather rude response to my suggestions towards improvement. I'll just fix it myself.

If i'm being honest...
If i'm being honest, Airsplat is historically not a very transparent retailer. It's hard to get tracking info without calling several times, they ship partial orders without notifying you of missing items you were able to successfully put in your cart, etc. Not a great business model for longevity. Customer service is either really professional and helpful or just totally useless, no degree in between. I typically only order here when there is a ridiculous sale happening (like Thunder B Player packs for $7.50...)
Shipping is also crazy expensive but I think that's becoming true across all retailers. My advice, if they have something no one else has, awesome. If not, shop around for quality of service and ease of customer support.

Poor Inventory Management Very High Shipping Costs
I found that several Items I wanted to purchase that were in my cart, were no longer available by the time I went to place my order. This is frustrating given the shipping costs are very high (even for small items). Ordering one or two items at a time is not a viable option (due to high shipping charges). Many companies have inventory systems that will "lock" items for a temporary time while they are in your cart to keep this from happening. That type of database management offers a far superior customer experience. And should be employed by all online retailers during "super sales."
Shipping charges are too high, the sale price makes up for it, but they ARE making money back on shipping (which is a dishonest business practice in my opinion). Up till now this is a "poor" or "2 star" service. It is the below item that leads me to give them a 1.
Finally, when my order arrived, way too slow for the shipping cost (I do give a little slack due to the enormous volume of the sale)... There were several items MISSING. Apparently those items ran out of stock before the filled my order and their website was incorrect on availability. In other words they took payment for items they did not have. There was no communication about this, no warning, nothing at all. I still do not have a refund on these items several weeks later. That should have been THE FIRST THING taken care of when my order was filled for shipping.
It is highly unlikely I would do business here again as I find it important that companies properly manage their inventory and communicate with their customers when they charge for items they cannot actually sell. I will be filing a protest with Discover for the missing items If I do not see a refund in the next few days.

I purchased a few items during a sale, and never heard anything from them for weeks. No shipping update, nor notice of them restocking.
I called today, three weeks later, and was told they were giving me a refund. Which is fine, but a simple notice would have been nice.
I would question spending money with them again, and referring them out to my friends.

Complete lack of communication
Second time I've ordered something and it was out of stock. Both times i recieved no notice of the item being out of stock and had to call tonfind out why i had recieved no email on shipping confirmation or order status. Poor business conduct and communication.
