AirsoftGI Reviews

Overall, the products were very satisfying and were of good quality. They have lasted me since I ordered them with no damage whatsoever. They need a better sizing system however because living in the US means ordering something like ATACS is a shot in the dark as to what size. It's not that difficult post the leg length and sleeve length; it should be done. Other than that I was satisfied with the website layout, I never had to contact customer support, and my order arrived when it was supposed to.

Very friendly and helpful customer service, ships very quickly.

Good prices. Quality products. Fast shipping.

I am glad I found airsoft gi. I recieved my gun within 4 days and it came with a bunch of great extras.

Extremely happy with my purchase. Thought it was going to be more earthtone. Nothing paint can't fix. Recieved 2 days early. That's a plus.

They are fast with orders and everything I ordered works extremely well

Fast shipping. Accurate order fulfillment. I wish they had more items in stock on a regular basis and take off old and discontinued items from the website. Also, the website desperately needs an refresh.

Never had issue w website. Only w ups or FedEx. Every product comes in great condition w no issues

Great bunch of guys, really helpful as we are starting our airsoft adventure.

Good selection. Standard prices. Never got an order wrong. The only complaint I have is the cost of shipping. Even for standard shipping, it's a bit much, unless if it's just patches, and other small items like that.

I'm in love with the services that they have me. And the product is grate no dameges what soevar

thank you,
I was very happy with the time I received my packages and the and how well packaged

I bought a gun that had some issues after I put about 150 rounds through it. AirsoftGI took it back, fixed it and send it back. I am very happy with the rifle. I have placed another oder with AirsoftGI and I plan to purchase more from them in the future.

Website is good and shipment was fast. But when I asked a follow up question about the gun I felt a little brushed off.

Good prices, the staff treated me with respect and my product was what I truly wanted. Keep up the good work.

The service was great online for pre ordering the Glock 17. Service at Virginia store not so much. One of the guys there was not very helpful. Did what he was suppose to do and never went out of his way to sell or promote the sport. Talked to some guys at the field and they said similar comments. Plus the store didn't have much in the way of tactical gear.

I have ordered many items from GI Airsoft over several years . I think their prices are very competitive. They have great deals on hundreds of items every month, and their holiday specials are awesome! If I have a problem with an item I can call their customer service line an they always take care of the issue. I highly recommend gi Airsoft to any new an veteran players . Thank you GI Airsoft for your great service. Miguel Martinez.

I recently purchased a mystery patch box, this is by far one of the most affordable mystery boxes they have and always comes packing a great prize. This most recent box they had I was lucky enough to win the grand prize, THE MICRO GUN. I will continue to buy these boxes for many years to come
