If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded in the form of Credit to your account. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires a Deposit, and need to cancel after your scheduled arrival date, your Deposit will be refunded in the form of a Credit to your account, but the Service Fee will not be refunded. If you made a reservation for a lot that requires full payment at checkout, we are unable to accept cancellations after the scheduled arrival date. For full payment lots, please be sure to cancel before your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund.

They said I could cancel my reservation at anytime. I canceled my reservation because I was leaving from another airport. I canceled the same day my booking. Haven’t heard a thing from them. Very unreliable

This was such an easy transition to our flight.
This was such an easy, smooth means of getting to the airport (driving ourself and using long-term parking). Park & Go was quick to pick us up and taxi us the terminal. We’ll be using Park and Go for all of our future flights.

I thought I was booking directly with a Parking Spot franchise near Austin/Bergstrom airport. I was booking over a month in advance of my trip. When I realized my mistake, I tried to cancel but was charged anyway. Very unhappy about this.

I recently used a car parking booking website
AirportParkingReservations.com, and I believe that site was either hacked or compromised. Shortly after using it, this unauthorized charge from an unknown company DMIT, INC appeared on my card along with legit charges for parking. I did not make or authorize this transaction !

Overcharged
I parked over night for a total of 24 hours and was charged for 3 days. No one onsite for issues, so you have to pay to be able to leave. Would not recommend.

Lower their rates
Lower their rates. One company checks you in when you park. Follow them to the spot and brings you back to the bus going to the airport. Same in reverse.

Easy booking
Easy booking. Door to door service from the car to the airport and from the airport to the car. They were at the airport immediately upon arrival unlike most hotel shuttles.

I would have given 5 stars except the…
I would have given 5 stars except the accessibility shuttle was not running. So my husband had to drop me at the airport with the scooter and all the luggage while he drove back to the lot to park and then rode the shuttle back to the airport. I had to sit and wait by myself for quite some time before he could join me.
