SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!
DO NOT USE!

Took over 3 hours to get car back which was left upstairs for our entire 10 day holiday and we were charged £700 at the exit barrier!!!

Said nothing until booked that it's not…

Said nothing until booked that it's not at the airport. Cancelled within a minute and says nothing about a refund even though I paid extra for it. That's not on the receipt either.
So many dodgy sites nowadays so may have yo claim through my bank

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Used the meet and greet service at Stansted in May. When we received the vehicle on return noticed damage to wing mirror. Reported the damage immediately to driver and he said go via complaints email and have yet to hear back from them despite multiple emails and phone calls and now denying that the driver was ever informed and we didn’t tell them about it.

This website provides valet parking from scam providers

I booked through this company but was given SWIFT MEET AND GREET as my valet parking provider. This is a scam company who left my car in the Stansted Orange car park from when I dropped it at 4am, until they removed my car at 11:35pm by trying to avoid parking charges they caused by tailgating another car to avoid the ANPR parking cameras. I have received a £60 fine and now they are not contactable. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BOOK THROUGH!

Warning: Missing belongings and no resolution

I am leaving this feedback to warn other customers about my experience.

I booked a parking service for my vehicle at Luton Airport After collecting my car, I discovered that personal items (including prescription sunglasses and a small amount of cash) were missing from inside the vehicle. The cash itself was only a few £1 coins, but the value is not the issue — the concern is that someone has clearly been going through my personal belongings, which I find completely unacceptable and disgusting.

When I raised the issue, I was told the booking agents do not deal with vehicle handling and was redirected to the operator (Budget Meet & Greet Luton / IMG Parking Ltd). I followed this advice and contacted the operator multiple times, but I have received no response at all.

As a result, I have been left with a serious issue involving missing belongings, no investigation, and no accountability from either party involved. Communication has been extremely poor, and responsibility is being passed between companies without any resolution.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious, as there appears to be no clear process for handling complaints or resolving issues when something goes wrong.

THIEFS: They stole money out of my car

They stole money out of my car. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They also refused to investigate the matter. The rudest and most hostile people I have ever encountered. More engaged with speaking with their friends on the phone than engaging with their customers, even when I reported theft.

What a shocking experience with LGW…

What a shocking experience with LGW Executive. Firstly we were not directed to the normal M&G location but to a different floor with no signage at all.
There were already 3 couples waiting for this company, one had been waiting over half an hour.
Eventually a scruffy Asian guy turned up with no identification and he could hardly speak any English. We were all a bit concerned leaving our cars with this guy to the point that one person refused and left.
We were advised on the phone that he was legitimate. After all what choice did we have.
On return my car was warm. It had obviously been used recently. The back seats were up -I had left them down so clearly it had been used to transfer other people. There was also coffee spills on the console. I don’t drink coffee.
Absolutely atrocious experience. I will never use this lot again.
And of course they will re-emerge under a different name to avoid the negative feedback.
There needs to be some vetting of these companies to remove the rogues.

Fraud company do not ever book with…

Fraud company do not ever book with them. Airport cheap parking is just a booking site, actual people who handle your car is third party and my booking was with iparkgatwick.co.uk they were completely unprofessional and are robbers. They took my car around London adding 80 miles also parked into restricted areas which I received parking tickets on my return also inside the car they made it all mucky and smelly. God knows where all my car was taken. Never ever use them.

Avoid this company at all costs.

We booked with them for airport parking and vehicle collection, but the experience was shocking. After arriving at the agreed meeting point, we waited an extremely long time for someone to collect the car. We were not the only ones — several other customers were also waiting and becoming increasingly frustrated.

Eventually, the police arrived at the scene and spoke to people waiting there. We were informed that there had been multiple complaints about this company, and that customers could end up waiting for hours without anyone showing up.

We were also told by the police and other customers present that some people had experienced serious issues when returning from their trips, including difficulties contacting the company and in some cases problems recovering their vehicles.

Because of what we witnessed and the information we received, we immediately filed a police report. While we were there, one of the individuals collecting cars for this company was detained by the police.

This was one of the most alarming experiences we have ever had with an airport parking service. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from this company.

Do not book with these recently booked…

Do not book with these recently booked Bristol airports meet and greet got there was told to meet in short stay car park they took my car then told me I had to pay the £8.50 so they could take it 12 miles to a different location then wen I got off plane I rung them and told them I have arrived I had to wait 3 hours for my car they laughed joked wen I had my car back they had messed with all my features in car trust me stay well away!

The email with discount code, triggered due to my inactivity on the booking page, gave me the impetus to book with you rather than your competitors.
