My problem is that there are NO assembly instructions showing where the ball goes and what is the funnel for and where does it go? Making me crazy!

Saw commercial on YouTube took a chance on product . After 3 days of using for 10 min a day that 3 rd day I slept great , and sleep improved for the next 2 weeks. I experience more energy as well. I have used it for 5 weeks and 2 day 10 min a day, the sleep is goodamd wake up alert and refreshed the energy isn't as high as it 1 st was but I plan on using every day . Thank you

Well to begin with, the product arrived damaged I contact customer service and they said everything should be fine.
Secondly I've been using it and cleaning it like the way air physio recommends I haven't noticed any difference
I wanted a refund and they told me to try it to the end of 30 days
Expecting more out of the unit but overall I wasn't satisfied. Very disappointed!!!
They claim on the videos a lot of improvement and your overall vitality. The only improvement I saw was my bank account balance has decreased...
They responded to this review and said that for me to contact customer service, but they don't leave any information to contact customer service. Thank you

Air physio experience
We are still trying to decide what we think about the air physio inhaler device. We have had a moderate experience so far, we've had good days using it a couple of times & difficult ones as well. It's probable it might be our lungs & not the device, time will tell. I am not having results like the commercial at this time so far. We would have preferred a longer test time before submitting a review, 2 months would have been preferable.

In the beginning, we recommend doing what you can and not overexerting yourself and over time you will be able to get the ball to move for more extended periods of time. It is also best to get into a routine of using it 2-3 times per day, I recommend morning and night in intervals of 5 minutes for at least 2 weeks.
In some cases, it can take a little longer to see the desired results as it is on a case-by-case basis, so please stick with it. The increase in lung strength and capacity comes from continued use of the device, like going to the gym.

Started off using it for 3-5 minutes 2x per day. First week got extremely lightheaded during use and could only exhale for 8-10 seconds. By the end of 30 days I've been using it for 10-15 minutes 3x per day, no lightheadedness at all, able to exhale for 30 seconds or more, I've noticed I have better endurance during my 3 mile jog twice a week. I'd say for a device costing you $60 and under the benefits are worth every last penny. I tried recommending Airphysio to 3 family members and all 3 refused to even give it a try. Their loss my gain!! Chalking this up to one of my better decisions in life...

Does exactly what it claims
Does exactly what it claims. I have asthma and was using an emergency inhaler way too often. Just a few days after using the air physio for 10 minutes twice a day. I no longer need the inhaler at all. In fact the air physio works much better than the drugs to loosen congestion for long periods of time.

Felt more energized within 2 days!
Great product! The annoying mucus in my throat and nose has reduced significantly. I now breathe more efficiently and feel way more enegized daily. I saw dramatic improvement within a week. And I use it just once a day. Maybe twice. The only thing that worries me is dropping it on the floor and it breaking since it's made of plastic with no rubber to protect it. I accidently dropped it once and it didn't break so I guess it's solid enough. I highly recommend AirPhysio.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. I will place instructions below on how to use the AirPhysio device (in case this might help):
1. Take a deep breath,
2. Hold it for 2-3 seconds,
3. Place AirPhysio into Your Mouth,
4. Blow into the device for 3-5 seconds with a consistent breath
Do Not try to blow too hard as the ball bearing should just lift off the cone, breaking the seal.
Use the device 10 times (2 times per minute for 5 minutes) or if you find you are getting lightheaded, use 1 once per minute for 10 minutes.
The average usage is twice a day for 5 mins at a time. I would suggest there is no real benefit going over 10 mins – it’s just like any other exercise.

Excellent product. A life line for me when I have much phelm and mucus.....expels promptly offering quick release ..comfort. only one problem....the top doesn't fasten and hold as tight as it should...have had to scurry chasing it..New replacement for top, maybe?
