Terrible experience! bait price upfront and once they pull you in, you get the endless excuses that "this booking is lost", "pay and will issue the tickets" which never happens. They withdrew already money from my account USD 2.091,68 and no ticket! i had to purchase one elsewhere, while i now have to wait for my money to be reimbursed. I worry that it will not. I will declare it with my banking institution as a fraudulent withdrawal anyways.

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others before they waste their money and trust on AirBusiness Class. This agency is completely unprofessional, unhelpful, and heartless.
My husband and I booked two tickets from New York to Italy through them. Because I have a 102-year-old mother-in-law and my husband is an only child, we always buy travel insurance just in case. We took the agent's explicit suggestion and purchased the agency's own insurance protection plan.
We were supposed to leave on August 13th. On August 11th, my mother-in-law became critically ill, and the doctors informed us she would not last the week. We immediately proceeded to cancel the trip. I called our travel agent to advise him of the emergency and promptly emailed him the official doctor's letter. He explicitly told me, "No worries, you can re-book the ticket within the year." Sadly, my mother-in-law passed away on August 17th.
In February, I contacted the agent to finally re-book our flights. From February all the way until June, I have been trapped in an endless loop of lies and deflection:
The Agent’s Excuse: He keeps telling me that the airline is not responding to his inquiries.
The Airline’s Response: When I contact the airline directly, they tell me they cannot help me because the ticket was booked through a third-party travel agency.
The Agency's Final Stance: The agency just points fingers back at the airline, claiming they aren't answering.
I paid for their insurance protection specifically for a tragic situation like this, and they have completely abandoned us. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS. Once they take your money, that is it. They offer zero support and zero accountability.

We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your booking.
When you notified us of the medical emergency, we immediately submitted the supporting documentation and pursued all available options with the airline on your behalf. Throughout the process, our team repeatedly followed up with the carrier in an effort to secure either a refund or an extension of the ticket validity.
Unfortunately, airlines retain sole authority over the use, exchange, refund, or extension of airline tickets. Despite our numerous requests and escalations, the airline ultimately declined to authorize either a refund or a rebooking option beyond the applicable ticket rules. As a travel agency, we do not have the ability to override an airline's final decision or independently issue refunds or flight credits that have not been approved by the carrier.
We understand your frustration and appreciate that this outcome was not what you expected. However, the suggestion that we abandoned your case is simply not accurate. Our records reflect months of communication and follow-up efforts with the airline in an attempt to obtain a favorable resolution.
While we regret that we were unable to secure the exception requested, this was due to the airline's refusal to authorize the requested accommodation, not a lack of effort or support from our team.
We wish you and your family all the best during this difficult time.
