I bought Aimersoft iTube Sudio but it keeps crashing. My computer works with Windows 10.

Be careful of this company. I made a purchase and received an email to provide my bank statement with address and passport before they could process my order. I don't know how this information is relevant since the money was successfully taken from my bank account. Smells fishy. Still waiting to see if I get the refund

Update:
I called my bank fraud department to file a chargeback claim. They said this company is not allowed to be holding hostage your payment unless you send them confidential information that even the government won't request via email.
They take your payment first then send an email to request this information and don't validate your code until you do. Be wary!

it worked 5 days ago and now does not. getting error message. i bought this software 3 years ago. it gives me latest update, but then does not work......ok...that same night i wrote this negative review the software started working after i unplugged(usb) my camera and immediately plugged it back in the aimersoft program began to upload the video i needed converted and has worked evr since.

Prompt technical support with clear instructions and all was resolved. Very happy.

In 2012 I bought this product at the time called iSkysoft Video Editor for Mac, now its called iTube HD Studio for Mac. I use is all the time, especially to download DIY vids from youtube to watch later when Im working on something. Its very easy to use, just add the button to whatever browser you use, and it appears on top of every vid you watch for easy downloading. They are always upgrading their product to keep it running in peak condition. You can convert to MP3-MP4 with ease. Its just a great product at a great price! Customer Service is SUPERB! They get 10 Stars from me. I originally registered with an email that has since gone defunct, I was having a problem with an upgrade, (I think I deleted something I shouldnt have?) I emailed them with my original registration number and email, then gave them my new email. In just a little time "Albert" emailed me a new registration number showing my new email address and a new link to download the dmg from. Works perfectly, how cool is that. Great customer service is really how I base all my purchases on. If you dont have great customer service than I dont want your product. I run a very old Macbook Pro 17"- OSX- High Sierra.. Always keep your registration number and the original email you signed up with on anything you buy in a safe place.

I purchased an audio software from Aimersoft long time ago, I am very happy with the software and moreover with the support team who answers in no time and who is very professional and friendly.

I have sent your company an email a couple of weeks ago & you never replied I paid you for my service & I want a satisfactory service as it is not acceptable for you to be ignoring your customers what type of company are you,
i have downloaded the new version of the MP3STUDIO & I am adding the song from the URL of the song I want to download from you-tube I click on convert & then it says waiting then it says error no matter what song I add it says error I need to know what to do to fix this I do not want to be ignored as I will take affirmative action against you with the trading standards for online shopping & I will want a full refund as you are giving me service that I am not getting & it is not working & you are failing to reply I will also tell you tube twitter & Instagram of how you are treating your customers as this is not acceptable for you to treat a paying customer of your product by not replying to us when we need your help.
on your feedback i tried to send it to you & it was saying something went wrong this seems very fishy buyers beware .

I purchased IMusic to try and clean up my music library.
The promised features didn't work, loading the program is incredibly slow, and I basically wasted my money on this.
There's also no way to cancel the subscription.
(note: i contacted the payment processor directly and canceled with them to prevent recurring billing)

I guess I should have known better than to trust this company.. my advice.. stay far away

Non-existent support!
Till the app is working, it's great, but the moment you have an issue, good luck with that, rather throw your money out of the window than to purchase anything from them. The customer service is non-existent, no response to the emails. I purchased a "lifetime" iTube studio recorder from them, and after the last update (of the application mind me), it stopped working. I sent them two emails with the screenshots and asked them to fix it. NO RESPONSE. It's super frustrating, better throw your money out of the window - or spend it on something else.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Bought this program because it said I could stream/download my movies from Vudu. I paid for them and wanted to be able to download and save on DVD just in case Vudu was unavailable. Tried it on several of my (paid for) movies and kept getting Failed to download..." error. Wrote to support about the issue and this was the entire response: "Sorry to say that our program doesn’t support to download the copyright-protected contents from Vudu. " Everything on Vudu is copyright-protected so Aimersoft is false advertising. Sure, I could screen record, but that is NOT why I paid for this software. I already have an excellent screen recorder (Cyberlink), so I had no need to pay for another one.

UPDATE 10 Jan 2020: I contacted support, explained that I wanted my $$ back and they did returned it - quickly. A+ for that!

AVOID! Used for about 2 years but no longer needed. 1 star due to the fact there is no link to cancel my subscription, I have had to email the support center but how long this will take is beyond me.

So I shall be taking a trip to the bank to block outgoing payments to Aimersoft and the new company they are using. The product did it's job but they use cheap tactics to make you not want to cancel the payment, this is fraud!

I purchased iTube HD Downloader a year ago and recently received an email notice mentioning that they (Aimersoft Studio) have set up the automatic renewal to charge me the second year from the credit card that they have in their records. I never agreed upon the automatic renewal. Therefore, I tried to contact them via the support center indicated in the email notification, but never saw the support center and self service function to cancel the automatic renewal. I suspect that this is a predatory firm.

Follow up: I eventually managed to see there was a way to contact them via Q&A, but still didn't see the support center and self service function. They replied my inquiry a couple of days later mentioning that they cancelled the automatic renewal as requested. However, to get rid of the concern, I called the customer service of my credit card to stop the possible charge in advance.

I made what was supposed to be a lifetime purchase of the Aimersoft DVD Ripper a few years ago, wanting to digitise my personal DVD collection. It actually worked okay on my Mac at the time, but now is next to useless for copying DVDs with CSS protection. The latest version is supposed to make this easy, but the download links I get for the update are, inconceivably, for Windows. All would be okay if I could actually contact Aimersoft, notify them of the problem and ask them to address it. God knows I've tried, but their (cough) "Support Centre" is just as redundant as their product. Every attempt to contact them through their website results in a 'failed' message response. I'm nipping hours of frustration in the bud and merely ditching their product, but not before warning other potential consumers about the dodginess of this company.

I didn't even get as far as attempted install of shovelware/malware. As soon as iTube Studio asked for (password) access to my Mac OS keychain, I uninstalled it. Pardon me for having trust issues.
