I couldn't even make business with them

I reached out to this company via email, and it took them a couple of days to respond. After that, the email communication was fine, and we exchanged a couple of emails about the product and shipping. However, they suddenly stopped answering my emails. The phone numbers listed on their website only play music, and no one answers. They have a WhatsApp number, but no one responds there either, and my messages aren't even read. For a manufacturer dealing with large purchases, this lack of communication is unacceptable. You can't trust a company that doesn't prioritize customer service.
