Helped me organize my day more than anything
I was doing everything at once outreach, replies, delivery, follow-ups. No structure at all. Steve pointed out that I was constantly mixing stages, which made it hard to track anything properly. Once we separated those into clear steps, things started to feel less chaotic. I still do most things myself, but I am not bouncing between tasks the same way anymore.
The account manager agent is the quietest win in the whole system
Joined primarily to fix outreach. That part worked. But the thing I keep telling people about is the account manager automation.
I run four ongoing retainers. Before, client communication was a mess, sporadic updates, forgotten check-ins, the occasional frustrated email asking for a status. I was doing good work but communicating poorly.
The account manager agent now handles structured updates on a set cadence. Clients get clear progress reports. Nobody's chasing me. Been using it for about 2 months now.At first I thought something was wrong with the system because results were inconsistent. Turns out my messaging and targeting were the bigger issue. Once I adjusted those, replies started improving and booking became more stable. So it does help, but only if your basics are already somewhat in place.

Was excited to join but had nothing but…
Was excited to join but had nothing but difficulties with the program. They promise a lot - and charge a lot - so I expected a lot. I also expected them to honor their 90 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately, when anything happens their default response is to blame you, even when their software fails or doesn't work as expected. Becuase of all these issues, and the fact I wasn't making the type of progress they claimed, I requested my money back during the 90 day window. They tried every trick under the sun to not honor their guarantee, including forcing me to sign a non-disclosure to get my refund, with payouts coming on the first of every month, to ensure my silence. So I had to dispute it with American Express to get refunded. Overall, my recommendation is stay away from this program - there is a reason their main principals are based in Dubai so they are not legally touchable (I think they would get sued for fraud) - and just ask chatGPT how to build an AI arbitrage agency, you will make more progress.

I’ll admit, I expected the AI component to be overhyped. It isn’t. The automation systems genuinely work and save me several hours each week. My outbound efforts are now automated, and I’m receiving steady replies without manually sending hundreds of emails. The initial setup required some effort, but it absolutely paid off.

Update: they did meet with me and they offered to give me my refund or upgrade me to a new package.
During my time with these AI Acq, I did observe multiple people achieving significant success with their businesses that AI Acquisition was helping them to build. Ultimately I decided it was not the right fit for me but I do believe these guys are legit.
