I ordered the Ahava Peptde Smothing Body Balm, from Nordstrom rack, and it's the BEST PURCHASE I've made in a long time! You see, I have SEVERE Arthritis in my hands, knees, feet, and Shoulders. I know this is NOT Medically backed by the CDC, but it works like a dream, for my issues!!! Now, I had a Complete Shoulder Replacement surgery, in November, 2025, due to a DEVASTATING FALL ACCIDENT, at a Medical facility. The accident Completely Exacerbated MY Arthritis issues. However, the Osmoter Complex in this product, has made my issues, SO MUCH better, and it's smoothed my skin, like a baby's bum, too!!! I'm a senior citizen, and has worked for 52 yrs, and now on SSDI, from health issues. But, when I tell you, THIS PRODUCT, is rich, moisturing, and FULL OF VITAMINS, & Magnesium, which promotes healthy bone issues! It's amazing 👏. Please 🙏 please can you PLEASE send your BEST FAN some of this product to me, free, of charge? For I can't afford to purchase it as often as I'd like to. However, you'll be rewarded from Heaven's realm, for assisting your BEST FAN, if you help me. 😉. I purchased the leggings and the ember bralette and I'm so glad I did. As soon as I put them on I was amazed. The colour is exactly as advertised. The material is so comfortable and smooth and while it feels snug and I was worried it wouldn't fit me at first, it actually strethcches very well and I had no problem getting them on. Leggings were a size S true to size, the bralette I got an xs which I don't typically get but I trusted the sizing chart and omg it fit perfectly. I immediately went back online and purchased the shorts. I must have them. I cannot wait for other colours to release from this brand I'll be buying. They are mostly bamboo which is why I purchased as trying to avoid polyester. The only faults I can give are that they only have 1 colour at the moment.

AHAVA did not ship my order. Three weeks later, and I can only receive AI-generated responses that it should be shipped 24-48hours after the order is placed. They offer no phone number, no email possibility direct to a human, and so far no solution. Frustrating all around. A terrible technology DEvolution that does nothing other than annoy clients. It will be my last time dealing with them.

I had an issue sending my daughter a Gift Card online to her email. When I read the confirmation sent, it seemed that the card was being sent to me instead. So I started an email conversation with the Customer Service team & they not only answered my inquiry immediately, they kept up the communication with me all along the way. Their words were considerate, sympathetic & so appreciated. This is outstanding customer service!

I started using Ahava products over 20 years ago but somehow stopped using them until I recently rediscovered them. I had forgotten how much I liked the various products and the difference they make to my skin.Not sure I had used the Osmoter serum or the Osmoter smoothing cream before but combined with the extreme day cream or the extreme night treatment has been a winner for my old, old skin! So happy I rediscovered them!!!

I have used Ahava products ever since my son gifted me some on Mother’s Day years ago. I love them so much I’ve bought Ahava for my daughter, stepdaughter, and granddaughters. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience what a great job their customer service department does. They responded quickly to my concerns and solved the issue to my satisfaction. I remain their number one fan!

I have been an Ahava devotee ever since my daughter brought me back a tube of face cream from Israel 30 years ago! Since then, I have continued to use their products. In all these years, only twice have I had an issue with products I received from online orders. Both times, Ahava customer service has responded quickly (I included pictures of the problems) and made good quickly by sending me replacements!

The quality of the products has been top-notch, I've seen a noticeable difference in my skin. When I had a small issue with one of the products, the customer service team was swift to send me a replacement. I felt very heard and taken care of. Will definitely continue buying all of my skincare from Ahava!

This company is amazing in so many ways. The products outstanding. The AI experience for helpful products tips is amazing. And the customer service is wonderful and so helpful. Been using AHAVA for years and will continue to do so. I love trying new products, and I loved the basics too.

Ordered multiples of hand cream for gifts for hostesses of bridal shower and they came when they said they would. I was notified that they had been delivered but thinking they would have been in front of my door I notified the company by email that I did not receive them. I was responded to immediately letting me know that they were placed in my mailbox. That is where I found them. The point is the response to me was immediate which I greatly appreciated. The came wonderfully packaged in individual boxes.

Every order has been exceptional; when a return was necessary, the process was facilitated smoothly and efficiently. If the AI does not fully address product inquiries, I typically receive a comprehensive email response from a staff member within one to two business days, which is an outstanding level of service.

I received a damaged item. Contacted the customer service right away and they replaced it immediately with a new one without requesting me to send the damaged item back! Such a great customer service experience!

I found a sample tube of AHAVA seaweed hand cream and tried it, not even sure where it came from. I was delighted with this product. Not much of a fragrance but the texture was out of this world. The smallest drop was all that was needed. I’m thrilled with this product and highly recommend it.
