Alex came to the rescue to rectify our underfloor heating and leaking boiling water tap.

Alex was very transparent with his quote and advised us of the best way forward. We are so relieved that this is sorted with winter looming. Alex is punctual, tidy and most importantly very knowledgeable. We have booked in for our next boiler service already! Would highly recommend!

Alex and Dan have just completed a renovation on our bathroom. They are both hardworking and it now looks fabulous. Always arrived on time and Alex popped in a couple of times when we had a couple of questions we wanted asking. I think if you asked Alex he would say I was a hard taskmaster but he was brilliant, answered all my questions and got on with the work. We would highly recommend them.

I would not hesitate in recommending Alex (and Dan!) Not only is Alex very good at what he does, but he is also very professional, communicative and always willing to go above and beyond. It would be fair to say I am a customer with many questions (!!!) and Alex was always on hand to answer any questions, reassure me when needed and offered great advice when I asked for it. As well as his service, Alex works closely with a supplier who gave us a very generous discount for good quality bathroom fittings, definitely better quality than the likes of Victorian Plumbing etc. All round 5* from us, you won’t be disappointed.

Alex and his team upgraded an existing shower which included replacing and making good some tiling and replacing all waterproof seals.
Work was completed within a day and we are totally satisfied with the result.

Alex provided a first class service. He and his team installed a new boiler for me in a new location and the work was done within the time frame he advised and to a very high standard. I am very pleased with all the work he did, everything was left clean and tidy and all the pipe work was so neat! I would not hesitate in recommending his services to anyone else, in fact I have already done so.

Even the smallest jobs are not too much trouble for this company, we had a new TADO thermostat fitted to our boiler, turned up on time, fitted with no fuss & showed me how to set up the App. Highly recommend.

Alex and his team have been amazing. We bought a house that needed complete renovation.
1) Provided new Boiler. Moved location of boiler. New pipes throughout the house chased into the walls or floors.
2) New kitvhen layout
3) New Bathroom and seperate shower
4) Utility room
5) Toilet
6) Back and front taps
7) New radiators through out the house in different positions.

Everything to do with water and gas he sorted. Happy with everything he done. Hard working. Effective. Honest man. Good value for money.

Alex and his team were nothing short of amazing. We recently had work done on our house and the plumber did a shocking job which would have no doubt caused us many issues further down the line. Alex came round and gave us advice and offered to help us. He worked very hard for two days and we now have a system we can trust. And it looks sooo much better. Would highly recommend him!

AGS Plumbing & Heating provided me with excellent service when they replaced my old boiler. Their approach to the job was straightforward and professional: 3 days from initial quote to job done! Their standard of work was excellent and I would happily recommend them to all who need their services.

We wanted a new boiler and all new radiators, Alex turned up when he said he would for the survey and measurements for a quote. He has a calm professional approach and as we found when he works he is clean , tidy and methodical.
The boiler and radiators were installed, all replaced equipment was removed and disposed of.
All necessary quarantines have been efficiently emailed to us.
We are delighted with the service and have every confidence that if we were to have any issues he would provide a prompt and efficient response.

Amazing work! We needed a complete new system and Alex did an incredible job. All of the pipe work looks beautiful, seems such a shame to cover it up! So happy with his work and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. We've already booked him for some more work! :)

Great service from start to finish, had an issue with the boiler, I decided to replace due to the age of the boiler and all was done within the day. Alex arrived promptly with all the kit on the van and was done by the end of the day and even cleaned up the dust. Highly recommend.

Alex assessed our requirements and determined that one of the reasons that we have had trouble getting parts of our house warm enough was that the previous owners had installed a boiler with a pump that was not powerful enough. He sourced a suitable boiler with a more powerful (external, this time) pump and fitted it neatly on the agreed dates. Working with Bobby Youle, he took precautions to ensure that our carpets were adequately protected and on day 2, took all day (in temperatures in our loft that were probably hotter than the Caribbean), to ensure that the system was properly flushed. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards and left no evidence that they had ever been here, apart from a smart new boiler and neatly installed pipework! We thought our last boiler engineer was excellent, here's someone who's even better!

Alex is an excellent plumber/ boiler engineer. He installed a new boiler, radiators etc. His work is neat, clean and tidy. Not something you always get in the building industry. We would highly recommend Alex and his team.
