If I could give a negative value I…

If I could give a negative value I would.

Ordered a roller at the end of April which I was told was in stock so I paid up front and expected delivery.

It’s now 6th July and no roller just excuses ranging from a massive tax bill, schools closed to gout.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

We purchased a harrow and were initially told it would be delivered promptly, however it took over three weeks to arrive. When it finally turned up, several parts were missing, meaning we were unable to use the equipment as intended.

After contacting the company, we were informed that the missing parts had been reordered, but once again we were left waiting for weeks before they arrived. Throughout the entire process, communication was poor and customer service was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, the company offered a partial refund as compensation for the delays and inconvenience, but this was never paid. Since then, our calls and messages have been ignored completely.

The product itself may be acceptable, but the delivery times, after-sales support, and customer care have been terrible. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not a company I would choose to deal with again.
