We really enjoyed our two-day Agile training delivered by Abb and Maggie. Although I’ve worked in Agile for a while, I hadn’t fully understood the theory behind it until this course. It not only clarified the fundamentals but also offered practical ways our team can improve how we work in Agile. The sessions were engaging, motivating and extremely useful. I’d recommend this course to anyone looking to adopt an Agile approach to project management or deepen their existing understanding

We had a two day agile course that was tailored to our specific company needs (an agency). The training itself was engaging and entertaining, but importantly led to a big mental shift in the way we approach delivering value for our clients. Our whole team left happy and energised - can't recommend it enough.

Agilicist is the company to go to for Training, coaching and consultancy. I introduced Agilicist to OpenBet to conduct the SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager 6.0 training course with the product teams in the UK and Greece.

The trainer (Abbas) were excellent, very engaging and put all of the theory into our industry examples.

The course was very informative and has helped the product team adapt so some of the core principles we were not following before.

This is a fantastic course! It really helped to better understand how to bring the concepts into our team. Graham who worked through the training was brilliant, he made the course engaging and answered all question in real life context.

I recently completed the SAFe PO/PM 6.0 course with Abbas. Thoroughly enjoyed taking part and learning over the 2 days. Abbas was extremely helpful and promoted interaction at all times. This course brought me forward in my career with greater understanding of the roles and responsibilities a PO/PM, PI Planning and practicing SAFe. I would highly promote this course.

I attended the 2 day Leading SAFe face to face training run by Agilicist and can recommend. The trainers (Darren and Lydia) were excellent, very tuned in to the needs of the class and able to make the theory interesting by backing up with solid real world experience.

The event itself ran like clockwork, the building was easy to find and the facilities and food all good.

I've attended virtual SAFe training with Agilicist (and passed the exams) and can also recommend, my preference going forward however will be to try and get back in the classroom with them.

Thanks to Abbas and Graham who presented a well organised and engaging course (ScrumMaster). Presented to the pace of the attendees, I didn't feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Agilicist provided me with Leading SAFe and PO SAFe training. Both training courses covered basic understanding of processes, tools and behaviors. I believe where the trainers fell a bit short was on keeping me motivated and engaged throughout the sessions. I was expecting to be challenged with quizzes and hands-on exercises/activities but unfortunately this only happened a few times. Other than that, I fully recommend hiring Agilicist for all your SAFe needs.

This is a fantastic course! The course was remote and still there was a lot of interaction which was great. The trainer, Graham Bates, was brilliant, his passion was evident and made the course extremely engaging!

Both Darren Emery and Graham Bates are extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions, in whichever context they were asked - mainly real life situations from the participants.

Main trainer was Graham who not only ensured the course was fully covered but managed to keep everyone engaged and interested and even fun.

He also explained next steps i.e. the exam and I feel well equipped to study at my own pace and take the exam in the next month.

I participated in SAFe- Advanced Scrum course and thoroughly enjoyed it. The trainer (Abbas) was fully skilled and knowledgeable in all areas of SAFe agile and he patiently answered all the questions and provided many real life examples.

I recently had my 3 day RTE course with Agilicist. I have worked in a SAFe environment before but lacked full understanding of what the RTE role really is. This course gave me full insight into that, preparing me well for my exam which I have successfully passed just 1 week later. The time for real world examples and discussion within the 3 day course was invaluable and the insights that Abb (our trainer) was able to bring have really helped to shape my thinking and also my learning. I've previously trained with Agilicist and recommend them to anyone with SAFe or Scrum@Scale training needs.

I was lucky enough to get a place on the Remote RTE 3 day course, which was led by Abbas one of the lead trainers at Agilicist. I am not confident with SAFE and agile so was worried about taking this course. In these times of covid, learning remotely can be difficult and intense however from the start Abbas ensured everyone was following the material by using slides, video, audio and frequent group exercises  to ensure the material was being learnt.  Abbas was happy to interrupt the course material to answer the numerous queries and ensured a proper understanding before moving on. The course is intense and there is a lot of material to get through however Abbas managed to teach all the concepts extremely well. This was confirmed when I sat the mock exam the next day and scored 70% and then went onto pass the exam with 86% a few days later. Thank you Abbas, Simon and everyone at Agilicist for your guidance and support and for helping me pass the exam first time!
