Wrong image size
The download I chose was supposed to be 1mb in size. This was NOT the image which I got (around 87kb). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Wasted my hard earned money.

What is extremely disappointing is not knowing whether you tried to "decompress" the image. All images are delivered compressed JEPG. So if you tell what us more, we will be able to help, but shouting is not productive, even the less intelligent. Let us know.

I emailed agefotostock to try to get further info. on a photo I wanted to purchase & did not get a response which is why I gave the 3 stars.
I ended up purchasing the photo without getting the info. I wanted.
The photo was fine & the download was immediate but I had to take a chance on it since no one got back to me. So lack of communication
was my issue because I was on a tight work deadline.

Great! Loved the immediate 30% discount and hoping it was applied because the project is for a non-profit museum. I do wish you had a licensing category for museum exhibit rather than having to choose only between Editorial & Press, Publishing & Books and World Wide Web.

Easy to navigate website and great high resolution images of what I was looking for. Easier that going to the actual site of the artwork and cheaper than buying a book of images and self scanning. Win-Win!

Great service, I found what I wanted very quickly and downloaded it. I did struggle slightly with the download using an iPad but that was probably more me than the iPad.

The use of image license is too limited
The license to use the image is too limiting. It is for one edition of a book. Books now are revised often. Mine twice a year. If I understand the terms of the license correctly, I must pay a fee for the image every six months.
