bought 2 computer (3000euro and 2000euro). One is fine, the other one have heavy damage on the case and psu. they offered me a 35euro partial refund (haha) for 290euro worth of damage (150euro case and 140euro psu) and refused anything higher than 35euro. Of course, I can still waste more money and send it back

Ordered a PC. Everything came in time and in order, but there was one problem: there was no instruction how to set-up my own windows account instead of "defaultusrer0". No passwords, no instructions, etc.

So, I wrote to support mail, even received a ticket number (Support-Ticket geöffnet [#82256335]) on 12.05. Nobody came back to me intil today (20.05). This is just unacceptable service level of support.

P.S. I had to re-install the whole windows, drivers by myself. Else I would sit intul now watching the dafault user password prompt.

P.S.S. Just checked online and my ticket was closed on 17.05 without any response and action on it.

I live in Austria. I searched for a new computer for a long time. It was important for the work I did. the prices were high, or the computer I was looking for was not completely available. then I found Agando, prices are really good. I ordered a computer, but after 4 days, I thought I did not select my computer processor correctly.
I called Agando customer service. The customer service replied very quickly and they canceled my order and transferred the fee I paid to my next day account.
I have placed my new order correctly again. I received the mail to be delivered to the address after 14 days.
15 days later, the order was at my home. well packaged. professional installation and there was no problem.
During the 3-year warranty period, if there is a problem and if I get in touch, I will write it here again. I will rewrite the good or bad results.

but until now I am completely happy.

Well built, well received. I would have liked to receive it a few days earlier, but given the covid mess and the GPU shortage at the time, I will settle for 5 stars instead of 4.5 :). All good.

PC unit doesnt work on arrival (EZ Debug Problem) and costumer service is meh.

Computer has well arrived after 2 weeks. It was well baged. The computer works well. Great!

Hello, I’ve recently got my gaming pc from agando, it works well and stuff, but I wanted to upgrade it, with a rtx 3070, and a new hard drive, because my hard drive that came with it only had 220 gb, which’s isn’t a lot. And I can’t change the hard drive, because of the weird screws, and I have tried all kind of different tools, and nothing has worked. The screws that they used, Are super small, and ive never seen Them before, it would be a great help if i knew which tool to use.

You need to wait a bit 12-15 days for your computer, but they communicate well through mail when you ask about the status and over the phone (I used English for communication as they are located in Germany), invoice was received well and correct (they even did a refund for the TVA as I'm not located in Belgium and it's intracommunautaire). The built of the PC was super clean, cables were barely visible. The hardware components used was also very good. Packaging was also very properly done. Very good experience. I would order at Agando again in the future.

This site is a joke, waited like 17 days till I got my pc with windows Preinstalled by theyr "experts" and tested by The "experts" and after a maximum 10 hours of use..it died 🤣🤣 black screen ! Nothing more ..and after ..the next day I returned it , guess what? They "found" a scratch on the case so they wanted me to buy the Pc case 😂

Really happy with my order, they even gave me a better cpu than I ordered. They only didn’t set up my second hard drive correctly but that was an easy fix. Overall this right now is the best way to get a good computer with graphics card. The shipment was also very well packed and there was no damages.
