I had an awful experience with aga24.ro. I ordered a trampoline, but it was never delivered. The courier (Packeta) couldn't handle the size of the package, yet the shop failed to notify me. I only found out after investigating it myself.
When I tried to re-order, they only offered prepayment, which felt risky after the first failure. I called their customer support, but as soon as I spoke in English, they hung up on me without a word.
Because of their incompetence and lack of professional communication, the trampoline didn't arrive in time for our party, ruining the event for the kids. If you expect reliable service and basic respect as a customer, avoid this shop!

My order arrived in just 2 days to Germany.
After I placed the order on 20th November, I received a confirmation email. Yesterday, I received two more emails informing me that my order had been shipped and split into two packages. Today, 22nd November, I already received my packages. The delivery was extremely fast and I am more than satisfied.
The only confusing thing was the sender - the confirmation came from an email with the word “trampolin” in it, instead of the site name like aga24. But after I opened it, I saw the store logo and my order confirmation.
