AG2R => Commendable

I have been with AG2R health (and retirement) for some years now. I find their service to be top tier and commendable: quick, accurate, very friendly telephone agents and reasonable rates.

A disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

Seven years with AG2R, seven years of incompetence, opacity, and administrative absurdity. No one answers, no one solves problems, and worse still, they complicate them.

Hours spent calling for nothing, ignored emails, registered letters with no response, overwhelmed advisors... It's a recipe for constant stress, especially when you're sick and have other things to deal with.

I've had health insurance throughout my life: this one is by far the worst. If you value your mental health and your wallet, avoid it.

And if you're looking for a reliable alternative, I highly recommend Vivinter: clear, accessible, efficient.

Slow releasing my own money

Every time I wish to withdraw cash from my assurance vie, there is some excuse to delay proceeding, or to delay releasing funds. This time, it is some pointless tax compliance form to complete, asking me to sign confirming things that are either obvious or that they have known since day one. Their customer service ... well, they don't know what customer service is. How not at all surprising it is to see that their reviews are 100% bad. Having had the misfortune to be stuck with this bunch of crooks for some 15 years, I can only conclude that 100% bad is something they are actually proud of.
