I have made two successful transactions…

I have made two successful transactions today, and it has been over five hours without receiving any payment confirmation notifications, even though the funds have already been deducted from my account.

This is unacceptable and reflects poor service. I kindly request that this issue be addressed immediately.

They wanted to know where capital for…

They wanted to know where capital for transfer came from but instead of asking for that, they kept asking for bank statements, P60, payslips, copy of passport which are all intrusive documents and could be used to steal someone's identity. iT SHOULD BE SIMPLE. Please show us evidence of where you got the money from? A simple phone call could do that but the constant demand for more and more documents does not bode well. In the end I had to cancel and use another service provider.
