ordered some biscuits for my partners…
ordered some biscuits for my partners biurthday for them to supposdly refund my order due to no stock but near 3 weeks later still nbo refund and because there refund slip they sent doesnt show ur card number your bank cant even dispute it for u do not use them unless you want to be ripped off and poor customer service iv tried emailing them directly and using there company whats app and no response

Order never arrived, no communication.
We ordered some coffee and some snacks from afrogoodsxpress.com. The order hasn't arrived and afrogoodsxpress.com have not responded to the contact form, telephone, or WhatsApp. We never got an email from them about the order.
We ordered with a credit card but it was only £85.

Avoid at all costs
They take your money, call you to say it's not available, so you ask for a refund, they say ok but don't do it. They then ignore all texts, emails and Web forms etc and when you request to cancel the order to try and get your refund that way they continue to ignore it. Complete scam!
