My mistake
I’ve been a very loyal customer who truly enjoyed your products. I’ve made a mistake before on my order and Africa Imports took care of it with quick and equally as loyal response. It was very much appreciated and what takes me back to Africa Imports. With my recent error in my order I noticed immediately after looking at my receipt. I asked for the change immediately within minutes of my order. For the response I received that it was too late had me disappointed with Africa Imports. I didn’t ask for a refund, I didn’t cancel my order. I only asked for an exchange. I know I’m not one of your BIG customers although I was a very loyal customer who enjoyed and appreciated Africa Imports products and your usual customer service.

You guys are a really good company
You guys are a really good company. The only complaint I have is that alot of times the tape on the Fragrance Oil bottle covers the name of the Fragrance and the tape pulls the name off.
