Honest and reliable garage

I’ve always used this garage for MOT, car service, tyre replacement and the odd job here and there. The manager (Saeed) and even the staff always try and squeeze the job in if they know it’s urgent. Honest and reliable service. I’m very happy with the service they provided which is why I always take my car there (even recommended it to my family members).

Avoid!!!

After years of being loyal customer, will never put my foot again. Owner is more fake than his teeth. Tried to rip me off for few hundred pounds. Told me job was few hours. I went on youtube, fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Not trusted as used to be. What a shame. Another time tried to charge me £50 for part that cost £8 in eurocar parts. Bad if you are a loyal customer, even worse if you are a woman, as you will be extra lied to and extra charged. Garage used to have a good reputation but something went horribly wrong. Sorry Sahid, you won't see me again

DONT SUPPORT SMALL Businesses!

AFG AUTOS WATFORD. “DONT SUPPORT SMALL Businesses”
They WONT SUPPORT YOU!
Wow did I get ripped off!
Tyre - battery + MOT TOTAL £440!
£225 tyre. Battery £175. MOT £40

Halfords price= Tyre £56. Battery £125. MOT £40. WOW what a difference!
I can’t believe This Experience I feel let down and ripped off! No receipt provided I asked several times.
And here’s the best part!
THEY PUT 12 DEEP DENTS ON MY WHEEL WHEN CHANGING THE TYRE and tried to blame me for having big wheels! Then they said there to busy to fix it and come back tomorrow!

We all want to support our local businesses especially with what’s going on (COVID) but these people have taken advantage of me as I was holding a large wad of cash in my wallet, little did know that I would would Be ripped like this.
Can I prove this? No as no receipt was given.
Would I recommend AFG AUTO in Watford ? NO CHANCE! The best advice is keep away, go to a larger respectable company who are trusted and well known as AFG AUTOS will take advantage of you and damage your car with NO apology or care in the world.
AVOID AFGAUTO At all costs.
Next time il go Halfords, we live and learn.
